Megan Fox Is Still Going Through With Her Divorce From Brian Austin Green

Apparently that surprise baby growing inside Megan Fox hasn’t changed her feelings toward Brian Austin GreenTMZ says that she hasn’t dropped plans to take back the divorce papers she filed for back in August 2015. Brian Austin Green may be the daddy, but he’s definitely not the husband.

Shortly after it was revealed that Megan Fox was knocked up with her third child, a source blabbed to E! News that Megan and BAG were putting their divorce on hold. I guess because seeing a positive result on a piss stick makes you want to slow-motion run back into the arms of your estranged husband and work it out, or something. But TMZ says other blabbermouths are telling them the opposite. Sources say that Megan isn’t going to stop the divorce process, because she doesn’t want BAG to get his hands on more of her money.

If Megan drops the divorce, BAG will be entitled to half of whatever she makes from the second Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. The first one made almost half a billion dollars (good lord, that’s so depressing). So there’s a good chance the sequel could also pull in a ton of dollars, and she doesn’t want to see any of them in BAG’s bank account.

Megan also doesn’t want to pay him child support for a third kid. As it stands, Megan is the money maker in their relationship, so she’ll have to cover the child support for their two kids, Noah (3) and Bodhi Ransom (2). If Megan were to throw those divorce papers in the trash, there’s a very good chance she’ll end up paying a lot more child support for three kids instead of two. But…won’t she sort of have to pay for three kids regardless of their marriage situation? Brian Austin Green is still the daddy. Does California have some kind of “pay for two kids, get the third one free” family law I don’t know about? If so, there’s a lot of knocked-up California gold diggers who just got very nervous.
