Caitlyn Jenner Settled Another Car Crash Lawsuit

Seen above giving you melting Jocelyn Wildenstein candle at some event a couple of weeks ago, Caitlyn Jenner may have to negotiate a bigger cut from the paparazzi for her pap stroll photo shoots, because her bank accounts are getting skinnier thanks to all these lawsuit settlements.

Before 2016 started, Caitlyn settled a lawsuit that was thrown at her by the driver of the Prius involved in the fatal car crash on PCH. TMZ says that Caitlyn has settled yet another lawsuit. The stepchildren of Kim Howe, the woman who was killed in the crash, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Caitlyn last May. Footage from an MTA bus showed that Caitlyn’s SUV crashed into Kim Howe’s Lexus, causing the car to fly into oncoming traffic where it was hit by a Hummer. Caitlyn also hit the Prius that was in front of Kim Howe’s car.

Lawyers for Kim Howe’s stepchildren filed papers on Tuesday asking the court to drop the lawsuit into the dismissed pile. They want to dismiss the lawsuit because a settlement was reached. TMZ called the settlement amount “very modest” because everyone involved in the case knows that the stepchildren’t don’t have a “legal standing.” Oh, and according to TMZ, I should take a Magic Eraser to what I said above about how Caitlyn had to pull out a few stacks of cash from her bank accounts. TMZ also claims that she didn’t pay a cent because her insurance company paid the settlement. Uh huh, I’m sure Caitlyn Jenner didn’t pay a shit load to make it go away.

Caitlyn still has a lawsuit from the family in the Hummer to deal with. The family in the Hummer is also suing Kim Howe’s estate.

What is a “very modest” amount? To us, a “very modest” amount is a $50 Starbucks gift card. To Caitlyn Jenner, a “very modest” amount might be enough to buy a nice 2 bedroom condo in Tarzana. I also need to know what car insurance Caitlyn uses. Because if it’s the same as mine and they raise my rate, I can call them up and scream, “You asshole whores are doing this to me because you had to pay off Caitlyn’s car crash lawsuit!”
