Charlie Sheen’s Ex-Goddess Is Suing Him For Allegedly Bullying Her Into Getting An Abortion

When Charlie Sheen was on Today to talk about being HIV positive, he said that “salt-less” and “desperate charlatans” blackmailed him for money and he was done paying all of them to keep his status a secret since everyone knows now. Well, one of those “salt-less” and “desperate charlatans” has hit him with a lawsuit for going back on their alleged deal. Warning: I’m probably going to type “ALLEGEDLY” a lot in this post.

Porn star Brett Rossi (born name: Scottine Ross) was Charlie Sheen’s main goddess for about a year and they even got engaged. We all figured that Charlie and Brett’s relationship was a beautiful union filled with cherub queefs and rainbows. But People says that in papers filed today, Brett claims that she was abused physically and emotionally and Charlie forced her to get an abortion. Allegedly.

Charlie says he found out he was HIV positive in 2011 and so by the time he got with Brett at the end of 2013, he knew about his status. Brett says she didn’t find out until after he raw dogged her several times. Brett and Charlie met for the first time at his house after he agreed to pay her $10,000 to bone. I know, it’s just like Pretty Woman! Only according to Brett, this is more of a horror movie than a rom-com. Charlie allegedly made her sign some non-disclosure agreement before they got it on.

Brett eventually fell in love with Charlie’s money, I mean she fell in love Charlie as a person. She kept loving him even though he regularly went on booze and bad shit binges where he kicked her, threatened to kill her and pushed her. Brett says that she and Charlie did it bareback-style 5 times before she found his HIV meds. Charlie admitted the truth to her and they kept doing it without condoms. Brett eventually got knocked up and Charlie didn’t like that. He allegedly told her that the baby would be “retarded” because he’s HIV positive.

Rossi also claims that Sheen forced her to have an abortion in March 2014 because “he did not want his child to have his blood type (i.e., HIV-Positive).” When Rossi objected to terminating the pregnancy, Sheen allegedly “erupted into a fit of rage, stating he would ‘kick her to the curb’ if she did not have an abortion and that he did not want her to ‘give birth to a retarded child.’ “

In the papers, Brett says she dealt with all the abuse, because she loved him. She also says that if Charlie was upfront about being HIV positive, she never would’ve fucked him in the first place. Charlie dumped Brett via text message in November 2014. She says that she tried to kill herself by overdosing on pills after he dumped her and she tried to off herself again a month later after he insulted her in text messages.

When Brett threatened to sue Charlie, he apparently agreed to pay her $1 million plus 5 percent of his back end participation (too easy) from his now dead show Anger Management. But after he went on Today, he shat on that deal and refused to pay up. That’s why she’s suing. Charlie’s lawyer has already spit on Brett’s lawsuit. Charlie’s lawyer says he plans to countersue her.

Crack must turn your insides into steel, because I don’t know how Charlie Sheen is still standing. All the drama, blackmail, screaming, threatening, lying, kicking and messiness. Just reading a short piece like this about Charlie’s extra messy life makes me have to lie down with a bong and some Tension Tamer Tea. That shit sounds beyond exhausting.

And the only other thing I have to add is that it takes my busted brain a while to process Brett Rossi’s face as not belonging to Haylie Duff.
