Pauley Perrette Was Nearly Killed By A “Psychotic Homeless Man”
Pauley Perette, the one-time blogger who plays a goth Harley Quinn-looking forensic special in NCIS, told the terrifying tale on Twitter early this morning of how a mentally ill homeless man viciously attacked her and threatened to kill her outside of her home in Hollywood, CA yesterday. In a note she posted on Twitter, Pauley says that she was walking from her house to a guest house she bought across the street to meet her architect when a homeless dude jumped her ass and repeatedly punched her in the face while threatening to kill her over and over again.
Pauley says he pinned her arms and hit her in the nose and forehead. While some of us would’ve screamed until our tonsils fell off, Pauley says she tried to keep calm and soothe the dude with her niceness:
“He kept repeating his name: ‘WILLIAM _____ ______, DON’T FORGET THAT! I’m Going to kill you’ I was alone, terrified and trapped. There was an empty garage behind me and I knew if he got me in there I was dead. I knew I couldn’t over come him. I prayed my heart out an then finally said, ‘William is a beautiful name, I have a little nephew named William.’ That’s all I said, all I did, other than praying my heart out. He started to punch me again, and then said: ‘get the fuck out of here’ And I did.”
She went on to write that she collapsed on the sidewalk in front of a dude walking his dog. The dog licked her face, but the dude kept walking while talking on his phone. She called her cop friend and immediately drew a sketch of the guy. She says the homeless guy had “murder in his eyes” so she wanted to catch him before he attacked someone else. The cops caught her alleged attacker shortly after and booked him on felony assault. This is the sketch and the picture of the guy that Pauley gave to Entertainment Tonight this morning.
If she gave that sketch to the police in Bushwick, they’d probably say, “Uh, that’s what every hipster looks like here.”
Besides being shook the fuck up, Pauley didn’t have any injuries. She spoke to ET near house this morning and said that she’s glad the dude didn’t kill her, but her heart breaks for him, because he’s mentally ill and doesn’t have any support. Here’s Pauley’s full story:
