Open Post: Hosted By Legendary Fashion Icon Brit Brit Spears Bringing Elegance To A Parking Lot In Calabasas

Just like that D.A.R.E. bumper sticker on that Del Sol, Brit Brit Spears is a classic style icon and yesterday afternoon in Calabasas, she displayed more sophistimacation in one outfit than all of the outfits shown at New York Fashion Week. This lot lizard ensemble is perfection from the top of her chlorine green weave to the bottom of her exquisite Chinese Laundry circa 1998 platforms.

A while ago, I went to a liquor store in San Bernardino with my cousin and next door was a check cashing place. When we came out, there was a lady standing outside in an outfit that said “cleaning my house” from the thighs up and said “going to the club” from the ankles down. She was wearing a t-shirt, shorty sweat shorts and high heels. My cousin goes, “Oh, I think she’s a hooker and she’s waiting for her john to cash his check so he can pay her.” Brit Brit’s outfit kind of reminds me of that and it’s a travesty that she’s not on every best-dressed list every single year. Because the “check cashing place hooker” look IS the look.
