Hot Slut Of The Day!

Randy Fowler, the premiere limo-driving Rod Stewart impersonator of Boise, Idaho!

Randy Fowler is Kevin Spacey’s estranged older brother, but that is the least most interesting thing about him. There’s so much more about Randy Fowler than that and reading the post about him at Gawker reminded me that this world doesn’t make sense. Because how is it possible that a limo-driving Rod Stewart impersonator isn’t the most famous one in his family? After the cut are all the reasons why Randy Fowler is a bright, shiny jewel in this sometimes dreary world:

1. Randy Fowler is a Rod Stewart impersonator. Yes, his hair is very “hip hair dresser in a small town after getting electrocuted” and his outfit is something Liberace would wear if Liberace was an old-timey vampire, but other than that, Randy nailed his Rod Stewart impersonation.

2. Randy Fowler is a limo driver in Boise, Idaho. He’s like a much more glamorous version of Deborah Foreman in My Chauffeur.

3. He believes in UFOs.

4. He’s a highly-skilled drummer.

5. He’s a high-skilled builder of models.

6. He has a charitable heart and offers his limo-driving services to the Make-A-Wish foundation.

7. His website is to the Internet what green linoleum floors are to a kitchen today. Randy’s website is a precious GeoCities gemstone that looks like it hasn’t been touched in decades. Look at the front page of his site. It’s as classic as a Picasso. It is perfection.

Randy hasn’t talked to Kevin Spacey in decades and in the “Frequently Asked Questionssection of his website (because you know, EVERYONE has questions for Randy Fowler), he says that they just drifted apart for some reason. Randy was planning to write a tell-all at one point and he put Kevin’s picture on the cover, so some accused him of using his little brother’s fame to make money. The book never happened and Randy would like everyone to know that Kevin is the one who used him to look edgier.

Kevin was important in Randy’s World straight through our teens. We were both in the creative arts, he in acting and me in music. We hung out together, went to each other’s shows, and applauded one another’s performances.

Something changed between us half a lifetime ago, and I really don’t know why.

I’ve always kept in touch with him all our adult lives. I’ve been cordial when we’ve spoken or gotten together.

But those times have been few and far between. Kevin has virtually ignored me for the last 25 years. During the time he’s become a major movie star, he’s become a minor character in my life. That’s been his choice, not mine.

In his climb to the top of the profession, Kevin’s borrowed incidents from my troubled life to make himself seem more interesting, to look like a rebellious “bad boy.” It seems only fair to tell my own true story, which involves growing up abused in the same household with a brother who was protected from abuse, and who coincidentally grew up to become a well known actor.

When Kevin writes his story he can call it “Fowler’s brother,” if he wants, and show my picture on the cover.

Now I know why Kevin distanced himself from Randy. No matter how many awards he wins or millions he makes, Kevin knows he’ll never be as charismatic or as talented as his older brother. Kevin can probably regularly be found crying out the words, “I’ll never be my brother!!!”, while a bunch of naked twinks comfort him.

Oh, Randy, you’ll always be my favorite Fowler brother.
