Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Conservator Sues Nick Gordon For Allegedly Beating Her And Stealing Her Money

Just a quick minute after announcing that Bobbi Kristina Brown is now in hospice care, her court-appointed conservator has thrown a lawsuit at her surrogate brother/fake husband/boyfriend/whatever Nick Gordon for millions of dollars he obviously doesn’t have. The lawsuit claims that Nick repeatedly beat Bobbi Kristina and pulled schemes to get his hands on all of her money. This is why you should never trust a trick with a raggedy eyebrow situation that looks like two wax strips full of pubes.

WXIA-TV in Atlanta says that the lawsuit was filed by BK’s conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, in Fulton County Superior Court today. The lawsuit paints Nick Gordon as a scheming schemer who presented himself as Bobbi Kristina’s surrogate brother for years. After she inherited millions of dollars from her mother Whitney Houston, he changed his job title from “surrogate brother” to “boyfriend.” Nick eventually told everyone that he and Bobbi Kristina got married (they didn’t) and he controlled every piece of her life from her bank accounts to her friends.

The lawsuit alleges that Nick regularly transferred Bobbi Kristina’s money into his own account without her thumbs up. The day she went into a coma, he allegedly stole $11,000 from her bank account. In 2014, one of the trustees of Bobbi Kristina’s trust funds took out a restraining order against Nick after he allegedly threatened to shoot them because he couldn’t get access to one of her accounts.

Not only does the lawsuit accuse Nick of committing first degree swindling shit, but it also accuses him abusing her. Nick is accused of punching Bobbi Kristina in the face, knocking one of her teeth out and dragging her by the hair. Bobbi Kristina supposedly told a friend that Nick “was not the man she thought he was” and made plans to meet up with that friend on January 31, 2015. She never made it that meeting. That day, she got into a fight with Nick Gordon. She was later found in the bathtub with a swollen mouth and another one of her teeth were missing. She’s been in a coma ever since.

The police have already opened up an investigation, because they feel like something in the milk ain’t clean about it.

Bobbi Kristina’s estate is asking for $40 million from Nick Gordon for “the assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and conversion.” Cut to Nick Gordon trying to send $40 million from Bobbi Kristina’s account to his account through PayPal.

Bobbi Kristina’s conservator released this statement about the lawsuit:

“Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured.

Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina.

We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift.”

Sadly, that statement didn’t end with: “And Nick, I’ve got your number, hussy! Love, Second Cousin Dionne.”
