Open Post: Hosted By Busta Rhymes Falling Off Stage

Some say this is a video of Busta Rhymes falling off the stage during a show at Webster Hall in NYC, other say it’s a video of Busta Rhymes attempting a lazy stage dive into the crowd, but whatever it is, I will be re-enacting it later this evening after I empty a box of “merload” into my stomach and I fall onto the pile of old Consumer Reports magazines beside my couch.

But if I had to guess, I don’t think Busta Rhymes meant to roll into the audience like that giant rock from Raiders of the Lost Ark last night, considering he ended up with a busted head and a blood-covered face. NO! Not the money maker! Busta then went back stage and got cleaned up, but he chose to sit the rest of the show out. Aww, poor Busta – take it easy, buddy!

And this video is a good lesson in weight distribution. If you’re going to wear 20lbs of jewelery, hold a bottle of booze and a giant cigar, you need to add an equal amount of weight to your lower half to make sure you don’t fall over. Dear Busta’s manager: it might be a good idea to start asking for a set of ankle weights in his rider.
