Bill Cosby Finally Agrees To Talk About Those Sexual Abuse Allegations, Says He Doesn’t Want To Talk About It

With more women coming forward alleging that Bill Cosby gave them drugs and did not right shit with them, and more networks yanking anything that has to do with Poppa Pudding Pop off the air, and more people at home awkwardly wondering “Uh…so…is he ever going to talk about this or what?“, Bill Cosby has finally agreed to talk about this.

Before a show in Melbourne, FL on Friday night, Bill spoke to Florida Today (via Mediaite) about the allegations that have pretty much been a daily thing for the past couple of weeks (this just in: another woman has come forward, bringing the Bill Cosby Sexual Assault Count to…crap, I lost count) and Bill says pretty much exactly what you’d think he’d say – NOTHING with a side of NOTHING:

“I know people are tired of me not saying anything, but a guy doesn’t have to answer to innuendos. People should fact check. People shouldn’t have to go through that and shouldn’t answer to innuendos.”

He also said that he’s getting tired of sneaky assholes paying people to go to his shows and harass him about the allegations, and would like it to stop because he’s afraid things could get violent:

“So today I was informed of this radio station that is offering money for people to stand up and heckle in order to collect prizes and money. The thing is, these people are prodding and pushing people and asking people to have a frat house mentality. Now suppose someone brings a weapon or decided to do more foolishness. There will be announcements made and the stations made some disclaimers, but what if people don’t listen to what they said and they entice violence. That’s not good for anyone.”

“When you go to a civil rights march or something like that, at least there are meetings and some organization to it and people understand how to behave. There may be people coming to the show that don’t know exactly what to do; there is no organization to it all.”

Civil rights? Sounds like someone took an online class at the Kanye West School of Questionable Statement Making.

But back to Bill’s comment about radio stations paying people to heckle Bill Cosby. Is it wrong that I want to know what kind of cash and prizes were being offered by that Florida radio station? I don’t want to heckle Bill Cosby, I’m just curious. Do they get paid up front and it’s an honor system kind of thing, like “Thank you for the money, I promise I’ll call Bill Cosby a rapist tonight“, or do you have to show proof you were there and then you get they money, like “Here is a list of every time I called Bill Cosby a rapist at his show last night. Can I have my $50 now?

And you know that with every refusal to acknowledge the allegations, Bill receives another gift basket from the president of the Alleged Perverts club, Terry Richardson. “A guy doesn’t have to answer to innuendos…that’s great! Mind if I use that next time?
