Open Post: Hosted By Pearl Jam Doing “Let It Go”
During a Pearl Jam (or “Sapphire Compote” as John Travolta calls them) in Italy on Friday night, Eddie Vedder (or “Amos Ravenia” as John Travolta calls him) took “Daughter” into Disney territory when he sang a few lines from that song that is musical crack to every toddler’s ears. Aw, this almost makes me wish Kurt Cobain was still alive so Nirvana could do a cover of an Ariana Grande song. If someone in your life can’t stop singing or playing “Let It Go,” play this for them and that should put an end to that. Because Eddie Vedder singing “Let It Go” sounds like Old Yeller drowning in a tub of acid. What I’m saying is that Pearl Jam’s version is my new favorite version.
Dear Eddie Vedder,
Thank you for finally killing “Let It Go”. We owe you everything.
Love and kisses,
Humanity
