Ferenc Szony, the CEO of The Sands Regency Hotel & Casino in Reno, NV who for years has starred as himself and his mother (or maybe that’s supposed to be his wife, or a little of both. I’m not asking questions) in ads for his casino.

I don’t know much about Ferenc Szony, but I do know that he knows that IN THIS ECONOMY the best way to cut marketing costs is to use yourself instead of a paid pepaw model in ads and to also use yourself instead of a paid memaw model. This picture of Ferenc out of drag and Ferenc in Betty White drag is used in ads all over his casino and in menus. When ordering something from the 50 cent section in the menu, you really want to stare at a creepy picture that was made with the “don’t give a fuck” tool in Photoshop.

I hope that’s supposed to be his look-alike wife in the ads, but if it’s supposed to be his mother, then I’d recommend never ever ever taking a shower at The Sands Regency in Reno.
