Open Post: Hosted By A Hatchet-Wielding Homeless Hero
We should all feel a little safer knowing that if we're ever attacked by a crazed racist who thinks he's Jesus, a real-life Jeff Spicoli will magically appear and save the day!
KMPH Fox 26 (via Mediaite) brings us this story from Fresno, CA about a psychopath who claimed that he was the reincarnation of Jesus and was trying to rid the world of black people. The crazy racist bitch targeted a PG&E worker, because he was black and rammed a car into him. The KKK's answer to Jesus pinned the man between his car and a truck and then tried to pull the man out to finish him off. Two women saw the whole thing go down and ran toward the scene to stop Racist Jesus from hurting the man even more. When the women started telling the crazy bitch to leave the man alone, he started attacking one of them and tried to bear hug her to death. Then the dark clouds cleared, lightning flashed and a hitchhiking, hatchet-wielding homeless savior named Kai dropped from the sky to save everyone!
Because this story isn't crazy enough, Kai happened to be the passenger in the racist Jesus' truck. The racist Jesus was giving Kai a ride.
Kai jumped out of the truck, pulled out his hatchet and became the anti-Christ when he started smashing on the racist Jesus. The police showed up, arrested the racist Jesus and the PG&E worker was taken to the hospital where he was treated for two broken legs.
Kai's interview with Fox is perfection from start to finish and is the best thing that has come out of Fox. "Smash, smash, smu-ash!" is the new "Run and tell that!"
And I better see Kai in the next Avengers movie. Thor who?

@ Within, yep i was in the front roooooow with my girls and when we turned around during her act, every guy was standing still eyes focused on the tv's. no one was even ordering drinks, lol. that dance she started in shadow with the heavy and fast hard stomping motions made my knees and feet scream. i wonder how many operations she's going to have as she ages? i was amused that she completely missed her mark for the drop to the floor on the lit stage segment -- she was WAY offa the body form outline she was supposed to lay on, lol. i agree with the folks saying Kelly and Michelle's mikes were turned down, maybe Matthew Knowles snuck in and knocked out the sound board operator, lol, old habits die hard! and i would have rather seen them close w/"Survivor" or "Say My Name" than one of her solo releases

She did the right thing inviting them on. If they sang DC songs she couldn't very well not ask them. But she could have done just her own music so I thought it was generous. Maybe they could have stayed longer but I don't think she wanted to promote DC. She was pushing for the "B" tour. All the way.
As for her skin, I don't know the subtleties of the camera lighting of her photos (nor that of any other artist these days) but if someone is saying she's bleaching anything other than her hair, that doesn't make any sense to me. Sounds like cray talk. Now, Sammy Sosa *shudders*

having convinced myself that her production was responsible for the power outtage i will forever be grateful for her giving my team a chance at a comeback ;-)
Beyonce's performances don't bother me -- like you i side eye the off stage shenanigans a lot more closely (including decisions like how the production handled Kelly and Michelle yesterday). i know she can sing - over the many years she has been around i've watched her Carmen Jones movie and "Black folks' shows" where she sang live into a mic without her arena production dancing and staging. doesn't bother me that artists who do aerobics while singing get recorded support, not everyone can be Jagger or Prince and those fuckers [except Prince lol] are not wearing 5 inch heels to do those aerobics and sing.
also having seen what different cameras and lighting -- and the time of year and my health and level of sun exposure -- do to photos of my own skin i can accept that the differences in skin shades are more due to photo flashes and make up choices than bleaching. that said, she does more often choose shades that make her look less "traditional" Black and more mixed race Black.
if you want to see true bleaching, look at Sammy Sosa or Lil' Kim. good lord.
