Something that works for me if my sinuses are extremely congested is a high dose (1000 mg) of niacin (NOT Niacin-amide -"no flush niacin"). You do get the hot flash (which I kinda like), but your sinuses will start draining. The niacin causes the blood vessels in your sinuses to contract (or expand - can't recall).

Damn, I just thought about growing my own soy so I can have "save" seeds for soy been sprouts. After searching for how tall the plants can get, I found:

hey , i know how you feel.
it will get easier, bt i don't recommend doing it every day, you need to build up muscle.
and yeah, better to change your diet, if you are trying to lose weight. adding on 30 - 40 minutes of cardio 5 x a week has done wonders for me, without much diet change - but i cut out a ,ot of empty calories.

Feel better then. I used to have terrible headaches and didn't discover they were sinus/allergy related until I tried an antihistamine/decongestant. This after taking copious amounts of tylenol to no avail. haha I'm sticking with OTCs too. Apparently surgery is not that effective.
Yeah, I've heard VERY mixed reports from those who have had the surgery.
