Puck From Glee Sued For Allegedly Forcing His Ex-Girlfriend To Have Bareback Sex With Him
Mark Salling, who plays singing man slut Puck on Glee, has been sued by his ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela for allegedly forcing her to do it bareback-style even though she told him to wrap a condom around his peen. Roxanne also claims that when she later went to his house to tell him that she's afraid of possibly getting STDs from his bareback slut ass, he grabbed her and pushed her to the ground. I don't even want to know what song Puck would sing if that scene happened on Glee.
TMZ says that Roxanne started dating Mark in September 2010 and sometime in March 2011, they started making their way to Fuck Town and she was into it as long as he put on a condom. Mark ignored her and put it in without wrapping it up first. Roxanne says that she told him to pull out, but he did the opposite. About a month later, Roxanne showed up to Mark's house, because she wanted to let him know that she was stressing out about getting diseases. While a different girl was in his bed, Roxanne asked Mark if he was really STD-free. Instead of pulling out his test results from his ass crack (tip: everyone should keep their test results rolled up between their ass crack, because you never know), Mark grabbed at Roxanne all violent-like and shoved her to the ground. There's pictures of Roxanne's bruises on TMZ. Roxanne immediately went to the police station afterwards to file a police report.
Roxanne is suing for damages.
Mark's publicist Janice Lee piped in with this lovely statement:
"There is no truth to this. It's the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success. We turn the rest over to Mark's attorneys and have no further comment."
You know, it's kind of hard to take Janice Lee seriously when she calls Puck from Glee a "TV star."

Here's the website for her lawyer ("We are more than just a law firm"). He's been "inactive" twice under the Bar rules in the 13 years since he was licensed (not good).

Her tale could be 100% true but weak; false; or somewhere in between. You never know till the facts come out during the legal process. Even then you sometimes never know, since this is pretty much he said/she said.
So I guess "put on the red light" would be an inappropriate thing to say to her?

Why would I want to continue fucking someone who says NO? And if I can't tell what kind of NO is being communicated, then I don't need to be having sex in the first place. Ditto fucking someone who is passed out. It's rape. It was against their will. The gender of the victim or the rapist does not matter.
Oh, and I hate "Glee."

You just know she got those bruises from spending so much time on her knees!
Yep - those are not "he pushed me to the ground" once bruises.
you push him away, and when you flip over, you slam your foot into his chest so he falls out the bed, then while you're grabbing your shit, you say "mthfcker I said NO" and then you leave.
see? that's how it's done, not all this claiming this crap months later.
unless of course you're doing this all for attention and stuff. *eyeroll*

She could be looking to milk it, but that does not mean that it did not happen. I mean, she might be a gold digger. She might be a total jerk. But if he grabbed her like she says that he did, there will be another woman--NOT GIRL, UNLESS HE IS A PEDO--who will be filing the same charges. And the bigger he gets, really, the easier it will be to bury this. Cros reference Michael Fassbinder. It does not mean that they are bad men, just men in need of better anger management tools.

If he forced her to have sex bareback or with a condom, that's rape. Period. And his ass needs to be locked up. Period.

Dating is ugly, awful and clearly a legal war ground. I'm out. (Actually, i've been out for years...and years....and frankly, these "types" of experiences are not foreign to me...or my friends. When we were young, these "types" of experiences never happened. Ever. I have to assume its so common now because times have changed and I haven't. So, I'm out. (Not happy about it, just practical. I mean, who wants to be raped because some dude can't wrap it even though you've requested it......?!?!?!?!?!?
My vision of world peace: a chicken in every pot, and pot for all us chickens...and weasels.
I didn't know you could sew for the old bait and switch (ie: throws condom off right before penetration, substitutes dick for finger when fingering) but I'm guessing guys only do that sort of thing when they know the girl is naive. And can you really sue if you stay with the guy for months afterward? And why did she show up to his house uninvited to "talk" to him? Was he avoiding her because of what he did to her or because she's crazy?

"I'm doin ho activities, with ho energy. Ho's are my friends, ho's are my enemies."
They both sound lovely, but I don't see how bareback sex or worries about STDs are valid claims. If he really knocked her down that's battery. But that's it.
Roxanne is 35 according to the police report and was dumped. I agree with RichBitch.
Is this the new cover boy for Massengill?

If she told him to pull out and he refused, wouldn't that be rape?
You just know she got those bruises from spending so much time on her knees!
Why do people constantly feel the need to air their dirty laundry in public? Why didn't she say no and dump his "bareback slut ass" immediately? He was in the wrong but why did she stay with him? Questions questions... maybe this chick needs some assertiveness training.

Soooooo, she's suing for what exactly? Are there STD's, a pregnancy? She's suing for emotional trauma? Oy.
