It seems like it was just yesterday when a 9-year-old Noah Cyrus was posing on a stripper pole with her friends and now here she is walking into her 13th birthday party at a Hollywood nightclub wearing an outfit that Heather definitely wore on Rock of Love at one point or another. Noah Cyrus is rich, bitch, and I'm sure her little friends are too, so she could ask for a thousand gift certificates from Wilson's Leather and Ed Hardy to buy more outfits like this, but she didn't do that. Instead of gifts, Noah asked her friends, family and fans (????) to donate to a charity that is trying to end the carriage horse industry in NYC:
In celebration of her 13th birthday and love for horses, Noah Cyrus would like to urge fans and friends to take the "TWEET 13" PLEDGE & donate $13 or more to NYCLASS (New Yorkers for Livable and Safe Streets).
NYCLASS is devoted to raising funds & awareness to end the practice of the carriage horse industry and promote a clean and safe alternative to this inhumane and outdated tradition.
Noah has come a long way, because 9-year-old Noah was asking for this for her birthday and 13-year-old Noah is asking her fans (????) to donate to a charity that helps her brother's kind. Noah is growing up good!

The FDA grinds my chops lately anyway. I had to go to the pharmacist to get Advil Cold and Sinus because it's locked up behind the counters now? And show my ID? And sign a legal thingy? WTF? Screw you meth making dealers. Damnit, I have a cold!

I don't think once it goes into effect doubling up would do any good. I think it would be a red flag if a doc prescribed a 60 day dosage every 30 days, you know?
ZzzQuil is just a pure sleep agent from the people who make NyQuil. It's a mega dose of diphenhydramine. Not bad. Best thing - it's purple! I love purple. My laptop is purple.

You're serious about the FDA thing? For why? They must have found something that makes it dangerous? Never tried the zzzquil, but I use a unisom generic when I have insomnia. Years ago my doc was giving me 5mg valium to help me sleep, but that shit made me lazy and dopey in the brain the next day, so I quit using it.

Dead serious. Some studies came out that said it doesn't metabolize out of you system fully enough even after 8 hours so that people are still under its influence the next morning. Thy can attribute 700 car accidents directly to it. Especially in women because we metabolize it at a much slower rate than men. So they are making new law and 10mg dosages must be cut to 5mgs.

I can't eat that much Ambien - I'll die! Seriously, they say the people who make anything with the Zolpidem (sp?) in it have to cut the dosage in half for women. My doc gives me 3o days' worth at 10mg. If they go down to 5mg and I take two, he'd never give me another scrip. I only take it once in a blue moon anyway but still.
I do love the new ZzzQuil. Ever tried it?

This is funny. I have noticed so many of these things at my own gym! I cannot believe how gross some people are. The worst part is the cell phone use! People NEVER shut up. Uggh.
If you can exercise and use a cell, then you are not working hard enough. Exercise is supposed to be fun, sure, but you are also supposed to concentrate.
I also hate it when they do not wipe anything off.

I was on the arc trainer and sweating - actually working out - and this bony bitch next to me made call after call on her cell. I finally asked her to cut the crap and when she threw shade, I asked her how desperate for attention she is if she has to be constantly in touch with her peeps to the point she can't even shut up at the damn gym. She reported me but they told her she shouldn't have been on the phone which is a clear violation of club rules.

To clarify I'm actually on my third one now so it's two that crapped out on me, the first one was a Sony VIO, the sound board never worked from day one. I had Sony tech support go in from a remote location and they told me it was fucked. Work couldn't be bothered sending it back because I could to my job without sound but the damn thing was brand new. I ended up getting a separate sound blaster and bypassed the internal one to get sound..at my own expense. Then the keys started fuckin up and my R U and T keys stopped working. Then I got a Lenovo sp(?) it died today. So today I got a Toshiba and it's still being set up but I'm sure I'll have some freak in problem with it!

I would like to comment on the carriage horse rides that need to be banned at least in New York.
I raise, breed, train, rescue and show horses; it's my passion. I have also been to NY and looked carefully at the condition of the horses and their legs and hooves while in Central Park. I was taking a pedal cab ride and had the opportunity to see up close the horses that are pimped out to tourists.
Every one of the horses feet were in a bad way. Some of the hooves had functional cracks that extended up into their hoof walls. Some of the horses hooves had actually dropped. Although the horses were shod, every horse had chips and chunks missing from their hooves.
The concussion of walking on pavement day after day will break a horse down quickly until one day it will be lame. Their movement was pained, stiff and deliberate.
I was really shocked and angry at the condition that these horses were in and they weren't all that well fed either. Their coats were dull. It was sickening. They looked as if their next stop was the auction for rendering.
On the other hand, the "mounted patrol horses" in New York were in fantastic shape. They were obviously very well taken care of and they glistened. Everyone of the horses looked to be young, fit, and their movement was pain free.

So happy right now! When the info for David Bowie's CD release came out, it made me wonder about my very first cassette ever. His "Never Let Me Down" album that came out in 1987. I played it until it died, right before I left for boot camp.
Thing is, he hated this album and did not want any more pressings. It finally happened, but without the song "Too Dizzy" by his request. I had to search Amazon's "collectable" section to find an original copy of this CD.
It came in today. I practically snatched it out of the UPS man's hands when I ran up to the truck like he was the ice cream man.
I've not been this happy in a long time. Twenty years I have searched for this album and it was finally in my hands. With all of the technology 1987 had to put in a CD.
Tears welled up as I played it, with my son blecking it at first and then dancing to it by the third song. So ridiculous to be this happy over a CD, I felt like a child again for five whole minutes.
