Brit Brit Was A Regular Fergie Ferg, So Says Sam Lutfi
"Why did I just burp up a Frapp bubble? Why am I pulling pink wig hairs out of my mouth? Why do I suddenly have layers of gas station grease on the bottom of my bare feet?" are questions you probably just asked yourself and the answer is: Because we're going back to 2007, y'all!
Former Cheeto puppet master, Sam Lutfi, is suing current Cheeto puppet masters, Brit Brit Spears' parents, for defamation (Side note: I make typos on a minutely basis and I didn't make a typo by typing "defecation" instead of "defamation." I disappoint myself.) and they're battling it out in court right now. During opening statements yesterday, TMZ says that Sam's lawyer, Joseph Schleimer, alleged that Brit Brit shaved her weave off during her 2007 meltdown, because she was high on that Walter White stuff and was afraid she'd lose custody of her Cheetolings if she was drug tested. Sam claims that KFed always threatened to throw a drug test at Brit Brit, so she tried to thwart his plans by shaving the meth off of her head. (You know, because that's the ONLY way they can find the meth in your system.)
Joseph Schleimer then went on to tell the jury that on the day Brit Brit was 5150'd, she went on a serious amphetamine binge. Brit Brit started her day by downing 8 Adderalls and she kept taking them until she eventually spiraled out of control and ended up on a stretcher. Sam tried to get Brit Brit psychiatric help just two days before her mind jumped out of her head, but she refused.
I don't know who to side with here. On one side, you've got Sam Lutfi who controlled a mentally-ill human ATM machine by shoving meds into her mouth. On the other side, you've got Team Daddy Spears, who are controlling a mentally-ill human ATM machine by shoving meds into her mouth. But Daddy Spears does make a mean pot of Velveeta grits, so I'll go with him.
Sam could be right about the meth thing since Brit Brit did have a case of serious meth weave, but then again, you too would look methed-out of your mind if your daily diet consisted only of Mountain Dew, gas station nachos, caffeinated whipped cream and pink slime (see: Honey Boo Boo Chile).

I'll say it and people can disagree but I think alot of what Sam says is the truth. However that doesnt change how much of a user he was himself. I think she needs someone to look over her who isn't her family member.. They keep churning her out and she's a zombie. She is dead in the eyes, soul less looking, and is so out of it.
WOW – Sam really wants people to revisit when he was “managing” Britney?!? Based on that piece of wisdom he needs as much psychiatric help as Britney does. Anyone that could read a magazine during those times knew that he was useless (and dangerous) in her life. She graced the tabloids damn near hourly with her antics from coochie shots (even one during her cycle), to manic displays, to numerous barefoot visits to gas station restrooms, to spontaneous marriages, to drugged like performances, to the infamous shaving of her hair as well as many, many antics that showed she was completely out of control. She made K-Fed look like father of the year.
I agree with many that for the court to order such long-term conservatorships it must have been apparent, after all their research, that Britney is incapable of making most life decisions on her own. The reality is that there are many, many people who have to be medicated to function – it’s obvious Britney is one of them. Whether her problems were caused by initially poor parenting skills, or deep rooted mental issues – Britney obviously can’t go at it alone. Her mom IMO did very little to get her back on track and I suspect if her dad hadn’t entered the picture we’d be discussing the late-Britney’s antics. He helped her get the medical/psychiatric attention she needs, helped her maintain and grow the wealth she had worked so long for, gave her children an environment in which their mother showed some semblance of coping skills – so what if she has to be isolated from folks like Sam or kept in a tight knit world. If that’s what it takes for her to be functional – then so be it. Money and fame does not make mental issues go away and life can be a bitch sometimes for folks who appear to have it all, as well as for us broke folks. Sam is a slug who is trying to stay relevant and obviously wants folks to remember how fragile Britney is. But IMO I see Dad as the champion who did what he could to help his daughter.
I hope someone makes a movie about her life so we can all know what really is going on. No one really knows it's just assumptions and innuendo. After she dies someone needs to tell the real story including her rise to fame, family life, marriage in vegas,k-fed and whether or not she has bipolar or schizophrenia or whatever.

Regardless of anything, it seems that Britney is mentally ill and, until her father stepped in, no one (including her fucking idiot mother) was stepping in to help her. They just wanted the cash to keep flowing their way. Even if any of Lufti's accusations are true, Britney was literally out of her mind and in no condition to be fending for herself. She is a sweet woman and has clearly been taken advantage of by everyone but her father.

I'm no expert but what I do know is that unless pain, loss and sorrow have completely run the emotional cycle of sadness, anger and the feeling of getting your life back on track, they can manifest themselves in the physical world leaving a person like Britney emotionally unstable and physically ill.

Theres no doubt that this guy is a piece of shit, but it is not uncommon for something to ‘trigger‘ severe psychotic episodes like the one she had. I have the feeling that she had way more than one. The more relapses you experience with schizophrenia, the further it damages the brain. Thats why medication compliance is so, so important in an illness like this. But it is also incredibly hard to convince someone who is psychotic that they are indeed, ill. She is lucky that she has a supportive family and ex. She appears to have things under control.
All of her symptoms though, were textbook signs of early psychosis and schizophrenia. Shaving head, talking in accents, getting naked in public, delusional thinking etc.
Its all her business of course, but it would be real nice for the (mental health)community if she would publicly acknowledge her illness. I think she would be surprised by all of the support she would get. A lot of young peole in particular, need to understand early psychosis as most of the time when it happens to them, they do not know what is happening. Some commit suicide because they are so scared.

This is such a waste of time. Liar lufti is claiming that he was her manager, and he was defamed by her parents to get her to fire him, so they could step in. The problem for liar lufti is his attorney has taken the tack of saying she was a drug addict, and they're trying to prove it. Unfortunately, their proving it nullifies any contract shitney might have signed, because you have to be sane & rational to do so; no duress. It's the basis of contract law. Everything they're saying, everything else they will say will mean nothing; her attornies will agree with him that she was addicted to drugs, therefore she was not legally capable of making her own decisions, and their so-called contract is nullified. Therefore, he wasn't her manager, and their theory is history. Once her attornies are allowed to present their side, this sucker will be over in a day or so...

My 2 cents about conservatorships:
I deal with adult conservatorships and guardianships frequently (conservatorships are over $$ and guardianships are over the person, at least in the states where I practice. CA may be different with respect to what they call them).
It is NOT easy to get a conservatorship or guardianship over an adult. While mine usually involve an elderly person who has dementia, alzheimer's, or is bedridden, etc., it still isn't easy. Evaluations take place (doctors, social workers, guardian ad litems appointed by the court), hearings are held, bonds posted, care plans outlined, inventories are filed, asset management plans are put into play, etc. Just because someone cannot manage their money, a conservator will not be appointed. Just because someone may have injured themselves (intentionally or not), doesn't mean a guardian is appointed.
Things must be SERIOUSLY wrong and you must show the court that it is in the best interest of the proposed ward.
That said: I have never seen a conservatorship last this long over an "able-bodied" person. She must have some serious, underlying mental issues that require a long-term (permanent) conservatorship. I feel bad for her kids.

Re: BB. I just think there are many details, behind closed doors, that the public is not aware of. Lots. She could and is doing this show possibly because her medication is working to some degree. She looks a bit out of it but functioning. It could be a combination of
her being able to actually function, her doctors and father all feeling she is not only capable of doing this show (medicated) but it might be in her best interest to do so. I don't think it's all about money. There's some hidden shit here IMO. My friend whose son is severely mentally ill and he really is not functioning that well told me that in our state, you cannot have conservativeship unless the person is phyically harming themselves or has harmed or tried to harm someone else. I'm not a lawyer nor is my friend but she is BIG in NAMI and knows her shit about mental health advocacy. I'm not implying that this is the case w/BB, just that we just don't know what goes on behind close doors.
Edit: the part I don't like about this situation is the fiance. Why did her Dad give him some control. That is disturbing to me.

Shitney was never too bright to begin with. She "grew up" as a pop star with all day-to-day stuff handled for her. She tired of the demands and hooked up with K-Fed (no genius himself).
After two babies and a failed marriage, she didn't have the coping skills, nor the smarts to deal with it all.
Mind you, she had a fortune, but was basically a child mentally and emotionally. Then she really got into the drugs, which forced a breakdown.
I don't blame Daddy Spears for stepping in. He saved her life, career, and fortune.

Deb, you are so right on all of this. She is a product of how poorly she was raised (in the CONSTANT limelight, all about the money/fame, absolutely no development of ANY life skills, etc.). Her parents are squarely to blame for that, but to their credit, I do believe they have stepped up (especially her dad), recognized the shitshow that accompanies the celebrity lifestyle, and have handled the problem superbly. I think this is the reason Jamie Lynn is on the super down-low too, especially with that baby she has now.

Part of the issue is the record label was moving to sue Britney for not promoting or touring for Blackout.They lost a ton of money on what is actually her best album. I think the conservator ship was to 1) get her off drugs 2) keep her away from the leeches 3) ensure that she did enough to pay back the record label and fend off any legal action. This last part is why she is still touring/working even though she is so clearly not into it anymore.
