And Here's Adele's Bond Song
Adele and a Bond song go together like an angora sweater and uncovered nipples and gnats and Mama June's forklift foot, so naturally they asked her to write and holler out the theme song for Skyfall. A piece of it leaked earlier this week, but here's the whole thing. Adele sings about a sky falling and other stuff like that. Even though this song isn't about Bond dumping her ass or leaving her for a ho who is half her age, I still fully expect to hear about grown women choking on the tears trickling into their mouth as they sing out this song in their car while parked in front of their ex-boyfriend's house. Adele's voice just has that kind of effect on a bitch. Adele could sing "Get Happy" and it would still end up in everyone's iTunes playlist labeled "songs to commit su-wee-sides to." (A Chinese exchange student at my high school pronounced "suicide" as "su-wee-sides" and nobody ever told her otherwise, because it just felt right in the ears.)

Such a truth, shipped to the society, the state or nation, should also is same. Matter of life and death, and survival under the problem, MBT should be back to reality. Many in the survival is under a desire to live to die trouble, actually did not achieve really want to let someone born to the degree of death, MBT Shoes but only based on exaggeration sexual self proof, want to make oneself to find the violent reaction do not reason.
The so-called rational, the most true only thinking of life and death; And emotions can make life and death into a halo sex fact, appear high, solemn and stirring, beautiful or stupid.
I am usually into tall, swarthy, good looking men, but Daniel Craig is just hot man sex on a stick. The things I would do to him and let him do to me!
Like someone else said, his man vibe is on point. I could put him on a pkate and sop him up with a biscuit.
you guys are hipster haters. This song is fucking AWESOME.
And I weigh 102 lbs so fuck off.
It's good, but I think Muse could've ripped apart and made it amazing.
I will for sure see this movie in the theater. Well worth the money to see Craig in suits kicking ass and outthinking folks. A fun way to spend 2 hours. Can't wait.

I love a bit of Bond, especially on a rainy day - they seem go well together. I also like Adele and have been humming this song, so thumbs up from me.
I'm hoping Skyfall will be better than that Quantum crap, which was tedious and forgettable. I am digging D.Craig in the role, he brings back the masculine enegy/brute force that was lacking from previous ones. He's a truer version of the Bond in Ian Fleming's books.
*******************************************************************
Totally agree with you, @Willowmeena. I am thinking Skyfall is much better than Quantum Solace. I don't know what they were thinking when they made that movie. I think the producers were surprised that Daniel Craig was better than expected and fans accepted him more readily than thought. So they rushed the second movie and they couldn't pull it together. I heard there was alot of problems on set.
Craig is a man's man and I like his masculine energy A LOT. I will admit I thought they were nuts for casting him, but I was proven very very wrong.
From the trailer, this movie actually looks like someone work out a friggin' plot and storyline. Craig is a solid actor and should get to bring Bond into the 21 century.

I stopped going to James Bond movies after the 2nd or 3rd Roger Moore Bond, I just couldn't take him in the role.
I thought Paul McCartney's theme sucked balls too, every up tempo song he does has that rooty toot toot do de do de doot toot quality to it. I've been wanting him to disappear for years now, just retire already.

It is a shame, wish she loved herself as much as her fans loved her...

No kidding. Most music derives from something before it, but Adele is just riding on Amy's (dirty, cranky) coattails.

My God, ANOTHER boring-ass song by Adele? Girl's got the pipes, but all of her songs have been poorly written snoozefests except "Rolling in the Deep," which actually had a sound structure with catchy verses and chorus. Somebody write some good songs for this girl! Who's writing the good songs for pop singers these days? She needs to get on board with one of them. She can sing but the wretched songs she has ruin it.
Good, not great. It's got the classic Bond sound, but this one is a little boring.
There are so many great Bond themes, but my faves are Nancy Sinatra -You Only Live Twice, Duran Duran - View to a Kill, Sir Paul - Live and Let Die, and my absolute fave is Garbage - The World Is Not Enough.

Smacks of a Goldfinger song ripoff, but ditto: TOO DAMN SLOW & BORING.

Promised myself to have an open ear before listening as I am not much of an Adele fan (far too much hollering and balling and crying for my liking rather than singing), but this is just really boring. Has a bit of a 70's feel but still bores me.

Bonnie Raitt does a lovely version of John Prine's "Angel from Montgomery", and an even lovelier version WITH John Prine. Always loved their music, both of 'em.
Elvis Costello's "My Aim is True" album will ever be on my desert island list.
As for this song, it holds my interest about as much as a Bond movie. Any Bond movie. The sum total is nil.

C'mon... James Brown is all about hitting it on the one!

Lol, I'm not saying he never hits the one I mean it's kinda hard to count in without it and not work off it. Your one is your backbone but when he's rolling along he'll often do strange accents on that third when you wouldn't think he would. I remember watching a documentary one him and one of the guys that played with him talked about how James would fine a played $5 bucks everytime they fucked up on it, apparently he gave you a "look" and you knew he wasn't happy. Lol

She's trying to sound soulful, but true soul is difficult to do. The song itself will be a big hit. As will the movie.

Indeed Stef,
You can't force soul, some people have it internally and naturally, some people can grow into as life gives it to them but you can't fake it if it's not there. That I defiantly agree with you on:)

I read somewhere that Daniel Craig's version of James Bond lacks humor - that the older JB's were charmingly funny. I believe this to be true.

If I remember from the first Daniel Craig Bond movie, this Bond had a very rough and violent childhood and he was recruited BECAUSE his personality would allow him to kill without emotion or judgement. Kind of a killing machine who took orders, until...
A movie with Javier Bardem as an albino drug lord has my fat ass in a seat, paying my $12.50.
P.S. Since I'm fat, does that mean I should identify with Adele. Because I don't. Am I missing something? *LOL*

What!?, you really think so!?, man I kinda really have to disagree with you on that one Stef. I personally would never suggest for a moment she's not confident in her voice. I've watched her sing a good year and a half before she really took of not too long ago and IMHO the one thing she always struck me with was the amazing command of her voice. I've honestly have never seen her get ready to "work" a particularly upcoming "hard note" before
To me she seems right at home and knows well what she can do out there. Again JMO anyway so what the heck eh :)

@Whamo, I stand corrected. I actually listened to the song a few time, really concentrating on it. I think it still needed some fine tuning, but Adele did sound good. I think she will sound better as she matures.

Listen to this right here, I don't have any audio but if it's the studio version the drummer sounds like he's firing a machine gun, he just pop pop pops the beat.
