Half-Sack From Sons Of Anarchy Dead in Likely Murder-Suicide
So, I'm talking to my mom on the phone last night and in between recapping yesterday's Dr. Oz episode in detail and telling me about how she had to tell my 70-something aunt what oral sex is (FYI: My aunt thought oral sex was just talking dirty and didn't even know the peen could go in there.), she went on and on about a fucked-up, sad, tragic story that was all over the news in L.A. last night.
A man was found dead on the driveway of a home in Los Feliz and the owner of the house, an 81-year-old woman, was found dead inside. My mom, who is practically an LAPD detective since she watches a lot of 48 Hours Mystery, guessed that the guy was a drug addict and killed the woman after she caught him trying to steal her jooree. My mom might be half right (but probably not). Hold on to your badge, Detective La Toya, because my mom is coming for it!
The guy who was found dead on the driveway has been identified by TMZ as 28-year-old actor Johnny Lewis. Johnny was Half-Sack in Sons of Anarchy and played one of Mischa Barton's friends on The OC. Johnny was renting a room from the 81-year-old victim, Catherine Davis, and police believe he murdered her before falling to his death from the roof of the three-story house or a six foot wall. Before Johnny murdered Catherine Davis and fell to his death, he beat a house painter and another guy with a 2X4.
The police are still trying to piece together the series of events (call my mom, LAPD!), but so far they say that Johnny got into a fight with the owner of a house nearby and a house painter. Johnny used to live in that house. After Johnny beat both men with a block of wood and his bare hands, he killed Catherine Davis and then jumped to his death. Catherine Davis died of blunt force trauma.
Sources tell TMZ that the police believe Johnny was either high on meth or PCP at the time, because he showed "super human strength" during his fight with the two men.
Johnny Lewis also dated Katy Perry for a quick second in 2006. And if he was high on PCP, did he not learn anything from the German squirrel?

Firstly-This is a horrendous story! I heard on the radio that be was on a new drug called "Smiles" WTF? Anyone else hear about that?
Secondly- The abuse and murder of children, the elderly and of animals is the lowest of the low, because they generally cannot defend themselves the way an average adult can. I don't care if the lady had 1 FUCKING DAY left to live, she was no match for the bastard that killed her in such a horrible way. To think about her dying moments, alone, scared and in pain! I cannot even fathom the horror of such a death. I treasure each day my Oma remains on this earth, she's over 80 and I don't know how I'd go on living without her.
Lastly- Hollywood and LA, the Westside of both in particular is FULL of people brimming with desperation, almost everyone I know from my Spin Teacher to the bartender at my happy hour joint are struggling actors, or struggling dancers, or struggling models. They are all desperate to get more than just cameos. This town is BRUTAL. Sorry about your friend Jack, unfortunately stories such as your friend's are commonplace, I so wish people from other states could know how harsh not to mention expensive this town really is and stop coming to this land of competition.

I totally missed out on the Sons of Anarchy show, but I do remember him standing out on the old Andy Richter sitcom Quintuplets. (Don't Judge Me, Someone has to watch crappy sitcoms and run-of-the mill cop shows instead of Reality shows and quality cable shows. I do make an exception and watch Dexter.)
It is so sad and scary to see someone with talent and potential crash and burn.

I think it is amphetamine based, messed up either way. All these concoctions, who put this shit out on the streets?? For them to figure out these new "designer drugs" someone with a chemistry background. I had a close friend I grew up with move to LA just a few weeks after graduating high school. He was the type of guy every girl in school drooled over, he was almost "pretty", and the type every mother wanted as a son. He drank some, never did drugs and never smoked. Within 6 months he met some very wealthy people that seemed to be involved behind the scenes in movies (director, producer, something) and started hanging out/partying with them... Last week, 09/18, marked the 20th anniversary of the day he was found floating face down in a pool of some rich fuck's house in the Hills... ruled as accidental. Toxicology showed multiple drugs in his system. Yea, LA takes them and turns them in to something I could never imagine.

He didn't play Seth on OC, in fact he wasn't the "star" of any series he was in, he had cameos and that was it, and maybe that was the problem.
i'm convinced he had some drug problems, but I'm not convinced that he was on bath salts as you don't have to be on drugs to have a strength people would not believe you had - you just go full berserk and in that state you're absolutely dangerous, no matter how (not) tall, trained or whatever you are.
I actually feel for everybody involved in this and I somehow wish I had more insight in what drugs do to people's minds.
