Hey Lady.....I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU. I'll go one step further and say that medical schools and drug companies KNOW about autoimmune diseases, even though they predominantly effect women, but KNOWINGLY keep women sick. Most autoimmune disease are chronic, what a bottomless source of money for the drug companies?!

Women patients have always been an easy target, yeah sure we can multi-task and deal with more pain than most men....but we're labeling "hysterical," and generally viewed as "complainers," etc. Plus, men make more money, so why do research on chronic illnesses that mainly effect women when you can make a boner pill for rich old assholes?

I have an autoimmune disease and found that mostly exercise, a strictly healthy diet (since the autoimmune disease has made my allergies out of control, I have a lot of food allergies,) and just taking care of myself does wonders to keep any symptoms in check or halt progression of the disease. Learning how to deal with stress is another important factor, but ask a doctor and they're ready to write me prescriptions for anything and everything......scumbags, absolute utter scumbags is what the majority of the medical profession has become.....willing to basically slowly kill and torture patients for profit instead of healing or helping.

I'm just curious what your thoughts are about late term abortion or even 4 1/2 months + when the fetus/baby could survive and many 4 1/2 babies have survived. I was so pro choice for most of my adult life but then I saw a 4 month old fetus being aborted and this fetus was stuggling to not drown. You could see the pain. After I saw that, well, I started to change my opinion. For me,first trimester, no questions. After 4 months, I don't know, it really does start to feel like murder to me. So sad that it has to be pro choice or pro life without a middle ground. Just wondering what you thought.
