You're not the only one who read that as Boss Nut. Boss Nut sounds like something John Travola would be the face of. Anyway, every now and again we're reminded that GOOPY Paltrow is just like us and sometimes she has to do things to keep a $5,000 bottle of vintage Italian wine and a crystal bowl full of caviar-stuffed truffles on her custom made table that costs more than all of your student loans combined. Case in point: Here's GOOPY peddling to the poors in a new commercial for Boss Nuit.
She really is the greatest actress of our time, because notice how she doesn't immediately scream at her assistant to hose her off with the distilled amniotic fluid of a beluga whale after she sprayed herself with that low-budget stank water. And I heard that throughout the entire shoot, she somehow kept herself from breaking down and crying over the fact that she's actually starring in a commercial for a perfume that's sold at Macy's! She is so brave. If GOOPY can do this, we can do anything!
But I am side-eyeing Hugo Boss. I mean, "pour femme." Kick a GOOP while she's down, why don't you? Couldn't they have changed it from "pour femme" to "riche femme"? Cold bitches.

mike, my son loves his iPad2 but that ended when he started discovering all the sites etc that are not compatible with it. He cn't play MineCraft on it, Portal 2 etc and the biggest thing was he can't use it for virtual school. They also require Word. ugh I had to buy him a pc laptop separately.
It is great for movie watching though. :)

I'd maybe try decreasing your consumption before cutting it out entirely (if it's helping your BP). Maybe you can find a happy medium.

It's definitely possible. I cut down to consuming it about twice a week or so for that reason. Were you eating a few tablespoons of the gel, or a few tablespoons of chia seeds? Try cutting it out for a week or so and see if the problem abates. If it does, go back to eating it every few days, or eating less daily, and see if you're able to tolerate that amount.
My skin reacts to any number of odd things - KitKats, ice cream sandwiches (the wafers are composed mostly of oils, I guess) both make me break out after only one. If I consume anything with live cultures in it (like yogurt) for a few consecutive days, my skin gets a reddish cast to it.

The gel. Every day several tablespoons in my meal replacement shake. It lowered my BP, which is great, but my skin! Just ew.

I won an iPad (raffle ticket from a coworker/employee's kid), and I'm surprised how much I like it. I'd always thought they were largely superfluous if one had a laptop and a iPhone/smartphone. It's awesome for watching vids while in bed
