Joe Jackson Just Fell In Love
On Wednesday's episode of the broke down version of The View known as The Talk, the hosts brought up the rumors that Janet Jackson and Paris Jackson got into a slap slap slappity fight right there on the driveway of Katherine Jackson's house. Paris Jackson already denied that hands went flying, but the hosts of The Talk still brought it up. The show's guest Gladys Knight made it clear that if Paris Jackson served her some lip, that little girl would be on the next Midnight Train to Whoop Ass. They'd have to call in an ambulance, a dentist, an orthodontist, a denture maker and a professional who specializes in gum transplants, because Paris Jackson would be picking her teefs up from off the ground. Gladys explained herself like this:
"It’s drama, that’s what it is. If you lived up under the microscope as this family does, everybody has dysfunctionality in their families, either one way or the other. See, I’m from the south and was raised in that southern way. You have to understand Paris is what, 14? How old is Janet? Who’s the one who tries to direct the other one here? And I would think that it’s a good thing she lets Paris know who she is. She is a Jackson, she shouldn’t be putting the business out there like that. Cause people read into whatever they want to read into, that’s how they get the drama. So, she’s just trying to protect her, in a way. But if she called me that, she wouldn’t have any teeth...You respect your elders."
That raspy whistling sound you hear is Joe Jackson swooning through his gross bull dog nostrils over Gladys' words. As soon as he composes himself, I'm sure he'll say, "An ass whooper after my own heart." If this is Gladys' way of trying to get Joe Jackson to ask her out on a romantic date where they'll pick out switches together, it's totally going to work.

What a load of crap! Age has nothing to do with deserving respect. That is one of the most stupid ideas around. I've known a lot of asshole elders. There's no reason why I should have respected them and I didn't and don't. I'm an 'elder', now, and, if I were an asshole, I wouldn't expect younger people to respect me.

Whamo, FUCK OFF!!!! just kidding :)))) i get your point. nobody knows what goes inside the jackson household behind closed doors but i am more inclined to believe those kids than any of the jacksons. i don't think those kids realize how much $ they have inherited while michael's brothers are sure well aware of that. you're right...this whole jackson drama is pushing people's emotional buttons but it's kinda hard to read/hear about all the shit that's going on with a straight face. i don't know..i can only imagine how those kids feel.

At 14, my daughter wouldn't take any shit from anyone (and still at 17) if they were giving me or someone close to her grief... does she have respect for people in general? absolutely, for people who have earned it... she also respects those she does not know, unless given reason THEY are being disrespectful.

I was reading some articles about when a lot of the Jacksons were freeloading against Katherine's wishes at the Havenhurst compound (The house MK bought before Neverland. His mom ran Havenhurst)the article stated adult Jacksons rarely got along, always pushed each other's buttons. If that's how they treat "blood" I've no doubt that MJ's kids get shabbier treatment. :(

That old school "spare the rod" crap doesn't fly anymore, Gladys, especially in such a high-profile family (whose members are armed with smart phones). And if one of my aunts had tried to discipline me back in the day, I would have told her where to get off. Only my parents and maybe my grandmothers were allowed to do that, and sometimes not even them.

So for all the anger about a 14 yr old being on twitter at least she is not spoil and manipulated enough to lie just to benefit herself. These 3 kids will eventually take down all the Jackson assholes , just watch. Because of the way Michael raised them, they are far removed from the beatings and torture that he and the rest of his siblings endured. Their mind set is completely different from that of their aunts and uncles. You cant rationalize with crazy. The Jacksons may have talent (some of them) but that doesnt make them intelligent. Their best bet is to find someone outside of the family to watch and protect them.
