Antoine Dodson Finally Gives His Thoughts On The Chick-Fil-A Boycott
YouTube star and the prettiest belle in Alabama, Antoine Dodson, might look like a felt seahorse puppet made by The Jim Henson Company, but he doesn't agree with his fellow Muppets on boycotting Chick-fil-A for their anti-gay marriage ways. While Miss Piggy can't with Chick-fil-A, Antoine Dodson can, will and is. Finally, the question that has been floating in your head since this Chick-fil-A shit started, "What would Antoine Dodson say?" has finally been answered. One less thing to keep your head.
After some of his fans asked for his thoughts on Chick-fil-A, openly gay 'Toine said on a YouTube video uploaded yesterday that he doesn't care if they have given millions of dollars to anti-gay rights organizations. 'Toine is going to eat that sandwich. 'Toine doesn't care if people say that every bite into a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich is a bite for marriage inequality. 'Toine is STILL going to eat that sandwich. 'Toine doesn't care if some say Chick-fil-A sandwiches are just breaded, hormone-pumped hate between two gay-hating buns, he's still going to eat! 'Toine is going to flick his micro braids and keep eating while not giving one shit what you think:
"I have uncles and aunties as well who does not approve of gay marriages and stuff like that, but they respect me. I don't care about one person's opinion or how they feel -- that's fine. Chick-fil-A makes good meals, and I eat there.
If I want to have a Chick-fil-A sandwich, guess what? I'm gonna have a Chick-fil-A sandwich."
Not everyone loved Antoine's response and so he made another video (below). Antoine said that he's not supporting Chick-fil-A's president's Waffle Fries 4 Jesus beliefs, he's supporting the regular people who work at the registers. 'Toine has his beliefs, you have your beliefs and again, he's gonna keep putting his mouth on that chicken sandwich:
"The people at the restaurant are sweet, and they greet me kindly. They treated me well, so how can I fault them? If we stop coming, them hardworking employees in that building no longer have jobs.
It's a picture in this world way bigger than what somebody -- one person or one group of people -- believe in."
Well, okay then, 'Toine, keep mouth fucking that chicken.
Now that we know what 'Toine thinks about this issue, I'm still waiting to hear from Sweet Brown, God Warrior, Spaghetti Cat, Chuck Testa and Rebecca Black. No but really, I really want to know what God Warrior has to say.

I am vegan, so I don't do CFA, but what people really ought to be upset about are the GMOs in our food and how Monsanto is single handedly trying to take over the food supply.

It is, and the modified corn has been linked to diabetes, the soy has been linked to rises in breast cancer. The reason a lot of people have gluten intolerance is because it is very far from the ancient wheat our ancestors ate. Wheat today has been bred to have a higher protein--i.e. gluten, so that it will rise faster, higher and be less dense. I think it has almost twice the gluten of wheat bred 50-100 years ago.
Over the last few years I've become a food activist. The best way to control people is through food.
GG I hate fast food, it gives me stomach the turns. I will eat some things from Wendy's that are good for you and from Chick-fil-a, that's it. I tried Wendy's flatbread chicken sandwich without the sauce and it was GOOD!

It's funny how some say they won't go there but yet other places they frequent just haven't made their positions known. Who really knows every place they frequent feels the same as them?
Most people LOVE walmart and they KNOW they buy shit from China knowing it's like slave labor yet they still do it screaming "it's cheaper!" So, it's okay for that but not Chick-fil-a for having good, quality food?

Anyway I actually don't mind the modified seed as long as we know it's safe and I do realize who's telling you it's safe need to be looked at very carefully. If you're able to make a seed that repels a bug that might wipe out your crop and anytime IMO is a good thing. With the limited land we have to grow and an ever increasing population I'm not sure we can keep up with feeding the world without this improvements. JMO, I'm certainly no expert that's for sure, thoughts?

I can also see his point. That said, I firmly believe that when we "vote with our wallets", we can often times achieve greater change for the better, and much faster, than voting horz into office. Chick-Fil-A has never seen one penny from me. And now that I know of their contributions to organizations that want to prevent equal rights for the gay community, they never will.

I think every modified plant is bad - one doesn't mess with mother nature, and we people are too stupid, egoistic and careless to foresee all events which come if we still try to conquer her.
But yes, you're right, we Germans have it way better as genetically modified plants aren't allowed here (yet) and the small farmers just triumphed over some strict EU-laws which prohibited the selling of seeds which weren't produced by seedfirms. So we got some of our old crops back. It's annoying that you can't get THAT tomatoe or THAT potatoe you've been used to because one seedfirm doesn't sell them anymore either because it's not lucrative enough or because they would lose their patent on it the next year and would've to give the seeds away for free. It's insane.

I know! what blew me away was when they said finding where e coli came from when there was an outbreak was near impossible because any one burger could contain parts from 1,000 different cows in the monster ground beef stock they produce on the line. Agreed, my concern speaks more to the monopoly of the product as opposed to the actual product. Not all modified plants are evil, to the contrary they've developed some great products. Plants that repel certain crop destroying bugs and plants that produce three time the regular yield is a good thing, the problem is EVERYTHING is theirs that's what scares me.

Interesting that some of you bring up Monsanto here. Im in Ireland and today our so called Environmental Protection Agency just cleared the way for GM crops to be grown here on a trial basis. People are kind of waking up to how dangerous Monsanto are to our food supply and how much damage they have been causing. For example in Iraq where a few of their former honchos basically commandeered the agricultural sector once the Americans invaded. This has resulted in farmers having to pay for patents to grow crops that they have been growing for millenia. Its extremely frightening. When you think about it, those who control the food supply control everything. They are a lot more powerful that the war mongerers and weapons industry. Of course we elected the neo-liberal panty wastes in Ireland and we have no one to blame but ourselves for leaving these sociopaths determine our future, but I do hope more people across the world wake up to the threats we all face from big business.

Monsanto pretty much has taken over the world food supply, Corn is king and if you want to plant a crop you pretty much HAVE to buy your seed from them AND only use that seed for one crop. They are the epitome of everything evil in a "New World Order" Corporation!

misslainey, actually things are turning against Monsanto. Their frankeinfruit/veg is upsetting the balance of nature. Insects have become harder to erradicate because they needed to evolve to survive the chem cocktails and so are making it harder for farmers to deal with. Sorry, but donating to groups that are working to block legislation for equality and support legislation that is discriminatory IS discriminating. You can understand that members of the LGBT community and their supporters don't want their money used to support those organizations.
It's not just about the Cathy family having an opinion and the LGBT community not agreeing with it.
That being said, I disagree with blocking them from opening restaurants.
