Gabriel Aubry Is Getting Paid
GOOD NEWS! Our prayers have been answered and we no longer have to worry about Gabriel Aubry ruining her beautiful Adonis-like face by getting a wrinkle from doing actual work. Ever since March, Gabriel has been trying to convince a judge to order Halle Berry to pay him at least $15,000 a month in child support even though he doesn't have full custody of their daughter Nahla. Yesterday in court, Gabriel flashed his nipple-burning smile and asked the judge if a beautiful face like his deserves to lie on a cheap Serta mattress in a $2,000 a month condo in Burbank? CASE CLOSED! Judgement for the gorgeous, humanized David with luscious Disney prince hair.
TMZ says that the judge is making Halle drop $20,000 into Gabriel's perfectly manicured paws every single month. Gabriel's lawyers argued that when Nahla comes to visit him, she should be swathed in the same kind of luxury she's swathed in when she's at Halle's house. Don't worry, Halle and Gabriel haven't finished barking in each other's pretty faces, because she's still trying to move Nahla to France. So there's that.
Now Gabriel can rent a fancy house, get fancy furniture, buy fancy sheets and stock his fancy refrigerator with fancy food so Nahla feels at home. And I'm sure Gabriel will really make Nahla feel at home by playing a recording on his Bose surround sound system of Halle screaming "YOUR FATHER IS A FUCKWAD ASSHOLE! I HATE HIM!" over and over again. A Bose surround sound system bought with that $20,000, thankyouverymuch.

His lawyers have went this route bacause Halle was saying that Gabriel's pad was not secured/gated enough and that he was not providing their daughter with enough. He had to move to please her to at least take one of her many "reasons" away for claiming he is unfit. I saw pictures yesterday from Daily Mail (the best news site ever now) of Senator John Edwards and his baby momma and the baby frolicking on the beach over the weekend. I was surprised. Never knew, they're like the Charles and Camilla of HeeHaw. All they have is themselves now that Elizabeth is dead. Reille from the beginning said it was her plan to move in when she died and it's worked beautifully for her I guess.

I totally agree. I support Gabriel in this case because he got what was legally owed (under current, f***ed-up laws) him and I hate Halle. HOWEVER, I think a law that states a kid must live at the same level with each parent is ridiculous. So what if mommy lives in a mansion? Will it truly damage the kid to spend half her time with daddy if he lives in a safe, clean apartment? If anything, it would do a child good to see two very different lifestyles.

My husband's ex wife is a teacher, she works 2/3 of the year and gets off at 3pm and has multiple 2 week breaks...and she actually makes MORE than he does after child support. He works an extremely stressful job as a financial analyst and commutes everyday AND continues to pay for pretty much all of the children's activities separately. It is so unbelievably unfair. Children should grow up recognizing that one's career choice and work ethic DOES impact their lifestyle. A kid should not see mom not working living a better life than their hardworking dad.
