Rythm Syndicate - In case you couldn't tell form the fishnet shirts, the pleather tank top, the ankh-like cave drawings, the gritty black and whiteness, the Lou Diamond Phillips look-alike and the side parts, Rythm Syndicate came from the 90s. I loved how in the 90s almost every all-dude band was done up to look like the ultra badass members of an International Male gang. West Hollywood siiiiiiiiiiiide! No, "Rythm" is not one of my typos. They actually spelled it that way. It was the 90s, we weren't that into consonants back then. There are no spelling rules when this much "rythm" is involved!
Rythm Syndicate birthed out one hit in 1991, I danced to that one hit in my 7th grade talent show (technically, I danced to a tidal wave of boos, laughs and assholes screaming, "It's a Fly Gay!") and then they were gone. They disappeared FOREVER! They were just a beautiful and quick 90s cum shot. The leader singer, Evan Rogers, went on to mold RiRi into the pussy-patting, surf board-headed pop star she is today. So yeah, Rythm Syndicate is Evan's greatest achievement so far. No sarcasm, because RiRi could never bring it like this. It's like if Balki from Perfect Strangers made a video using recycled set pieces and back-up dancers from Prince's "Get Off" video.
I still think he sings "shit is on the window." That makes sense, because I'd be pretty sad and lonely if shit was on my window.

Alex, I love throwaway pop (great expression) too, esp. in summer. Sometimes it's nice to listen to some enjoyable pop beats and not have to act like Radiohead is your god.
