Mad Men convo-
I got the impression that Pete led the "partners" to believe Joan was on-board with the plan, as he told her about it first, before he told the partners. Remember when she was mad and said "You couldn't afford me". Well, in his twisted, greedy little mind that meant to him she WOULD do it for a price, and that is the bill he sold the partners.
Lane, of course, trying to cover up his shennanigans, gave her goos advice that made her think"Well, I have a kid.......so...."
In essence, Pete sort of lied his way all around it in order to get the desired result.
That is my take.
Cuppy and Twat- hopefully, Megan jumps off the balcony soon. It almost makes me wonder if Jon Hamm personally doesn't like her. He has good chemistry with everyone else on the show. He even had better chemistry with Harry when he was shoveling that sack of White Castles.
I didn't know there was a cult of Trudy. LMAO She did some semi-naked photo shoot for some men's magazine like Maxim or one of those, so maybe that is why? She was always so dorky in previous seasons that she reminded me of my dumb ass sister in-law. But I liked the confidence she's show this season. Hopefully she kicks Pete's sorry ass out.

Yes, it was a good one. Always good to see what the actors themselves think about the episode's story line.
On a different note, I am dreading going back to work tomorrow. I have been so lazy all weekend, save for going out a bit on Saturday,. and doing SOME, but not many household chores.
