Even though I haven't even seen one picture from the ceremony and they could've gotten married in the break room of a Subaru dealership for all I know, I can still say this it was the most beautiful and greatest wedding of all-time! Congrats to the happy couple, she's truly the fiercest color in the rainbow. Just like many people here, Rojo has grown on me in no small part thanks to MK's fascination with the lady.
She seems like a very happy person, well, at least that's my impression. She's always smiling in pics, and doesn't seem the least bit bothered by the paps or by the public's attention.
While I do think that a more feminine look would do her good, I think it's how comfortable she seems to be in her own skin what makes her such an interesting character.

@Twat Muffin - I'm definitely most disappointed in Roger. I have no idea on how he plans on saving face with Joan in the future considering he basically pimped her out. The recap that I read on slate.com made the interesting observation that of all things Roger's been throwing his money at this season - ex-wives, apartments, his/Joan's kid, etc. This was the one instance that he didn't throw money at to go away. It really spoke volumes about his character. As someone else suggested, I wouldn't be surprised that once this shakes out, it'll be a huge misunderstanding between Roger/joan/Pete.

The non effort to be feminine is one thing but the huge effort made to look as masculine as possible makes me wonder. It's no accident to walk around with crew cut hair and male clothes.

IF, I always wonder about that, too.
I understand not wanting to dress to please or attract men. My mom is like that, although men always love her anyway. She wears blue jean overalls and T-shirts and Crocs. Her hair is gray and she doesn't wear jewelry or perfume or makeup and doesn't give two fucks. She's a tough little bird and an old school feminist. But I'll tell you, she never lacks for interested men.
But actually dressing like a man, with the suit and tie -- and not in an "Annie Hall" kind of way seems kind of NOT lesbian.
But whatever. I love Rojo to death. She's being her authentic self and that's okay by me.
@EC- I know! I'll never forget the last fight that Betty and Don had leading up to the divorce where he grabbed her by the wrists and called her a 'Main Line whore'. I was fearful for Betts! Oh, well. Have a good night!

Yeah, her pouncing on Don is nauseating. It does look very forced and incomfortable. Plus the scenes where Megan and Don fight sort of physically look fake. When he was rough with Betty, there seemed to be actual love/hate/passion there.
I am just waiting for Megan to get the boot.
Well have a good rest of the night. I am off to eat some cake, and then try to see if The Hatfields and the McCoys, with Kevin Costner will be any good.

I've actually grown to hate the actor who plays him, but I shouldn't because I think it's because he's done such a great job playing such a thoroughly unlikeable character. I used to work for one of the most prestigious law firms in Chicago and he reminds me of so many of the up & coming lawyers that came through there, nothing but a bunch of nasty ass kissers.

OMG! Dammit! I'm busy watching Girl w/Dragon Tattoo and missing out on Mad Men convo! Yes, last night's epi was epic. I would really love to know what Joan was thinking. Could Pete be any smarmier? Ugh! Hate him! I know someone else mentioned this already that Megan and Don's chemistry seems 'off'. Every time she pitches a fit, I keep expecting her to admit that she's only pretending. And I hate how she constantly throws herself at him like she's a nympho. It just seems forced. Like, that's what the young, hot wife of Don is supposed to behave. When Betty wanted Don it was because she was truly in love and needy. I just believed them together. This pairing just seems so forced to make Don settle.

Louise -- I'm hoping for Megan's death in any form possible, hopefully in the most brutal way.
