Jack! Fuck yeah. One of the cool actors. There will never be another Jack Nicholson.

I know I'm a total weirdo for thinking Jack is hot but I can't help it.

If you've ever seen photos of Spaz from years ago...she's quite the natural beauty. She just doesn't take care of herself

Spaz could be very attractive, in a unique sorta way, if she'd just wear some damn makeup. Particularly eyeliner. Some celebs look stunning without makeup and can pull off the I-don't-give-a-fuck dishevelend just rolled outta bed look. She is not one of them.

LOL Twatty, I know he probably gets up to some suspect voodoo stuff, wouldn't put it past him to hit on her. Likely still thinks he's in the 70's but he was soooooo good back then, that they probably all line up, rollover and let him have his way! *shocking* I KNOW! Need a bleach bath now! ;P

I should clarify my comment -- I don't mean our beloved Spaz de la Whoreta -- I mean Paz de la Huerta, the slutty "Boardwalk Empire" actress, a term I use ever so loosely.

Twat Muffin's picture

WithinReason & Nanners -- remember that Jack -- allegedly -- told Spaz that she was the prettiest girl he'd ever seen, so says Spaz de la Whoreta. This was probably immediately after a cataract operation and a bottle of whiskey, but I wouldn't doubt it if he hooked up with that slut and contracted an STD or two. I've heard that Jack is second only to Warren Beatty in the hook-up department. I'm sure the CDC has a whole department devoted to the STDs those two have contracted.

Whamo -- it's at the end, when Wayne's girlfriend is getting married to Christopher Walken, and he stops at a gas station to ask directions, and the grease monkey is Charlton Heston. He even over-acted in that. I don't mind WW2, but it was rather unnecessary, I agree.

Remember how they dredged him up for "Wayne's World 2"???
===========================================
I'll have to look that up, I can't really remember much about any of it other than they should have stopped at Wayne's Worlds one!

Twat Muffin's picture

Spaz -- yes, cross-eyed Karen Black DID land the plane -- LOL!!!

GrecoSuave's picture

No! Chuck was transferred mid-air into the cockpit, just as Karen was totally losing it! ("Salt Lake! Salt Lake! I can't DO THIS!) Chuckie landed that big Boeing baby, and funny how all the passengers had to jump down the emergency slides, yet Chuckie and Karen got to stroll down the stairs, arm in arm (Chuck had to hold onto her, as one eye went this way, and the other went thataway.

Twat Muffin's picture

Whamo -- OMG, Charlton Heston was a terrible actor, I agree! When they refer to him as one of the classic actors I just want to barf!!! Remember how they dredged him up for "Wayne's World 2"???

SugarKane -- happy birthday to you, too!!!

==============================================
I despise CH because the man was the KING of overacting. I watched part of the Ten Commandments the other day and there was this one scene were he was brought to the Pharaoh's court, I was laughing at how he even managed to overact simply walking in chains. Every step was this if..I can...just make...one more...step..augg...
How he is seen as a great actor IMO is beyond me.

☆☆☆☆

Haha! but she landed the plane, didn't she?

HBD to Peter Frampton, John Waters, and Jack Nicholson.

Twat Muffin's picture

GrecoSuave -- oh, you're welcome, hon! It's funny you mention "Airport 1975." They've been running those old disaster movies on cable lately and I've watched all of them, but that one creeped me out. I despise Charlton Heston because of his NRA/ass-kissing Ronald Reagan ass, but in that movie it was really sickening that he was Karen Black's (cross-eyed!) boyfriend, and he kept calling her "baby" -- that made me sick!!! He was acting like he was such a stud and it was absolutely sickening! He was so fucking old, too.

GrecoSuave's picture

LOL! I hear you about the "baby" thing! My friend and I actually had a drinking game going re how many times Chuck uttered the words "damn" and "baby"! And when he said "Climb, baby! Climb"! And WTF with Gloria Swanson aboard, reciting her memoirs into her tape recorder, and freakin' Helen Reddy singing to Linda Blair! Ya gotta love it! I hear you re Heston/NRA - total right winged asshole.

GrecoSuave's picture

@ Twat Muffin...agree wholeheartedly about Bob Fosse and Pakula, thanks for reminding me of them. I honestly believe that one contributing factor to the great films of the 70's was that these directors, writers, producers, and actors were ANGRY post 60's social upheavals, plus the on-going disaster of the Vietnam war.They channeled their anger through their collective creative outlets.

On a lighter note, the 70's brings back for me fond memories of the "disaster film" - "The Poseidon Adventure" (the best of the bunch, and a far better film than people think it is), "The Towering Inferno", the cheesy and deliciously camp "Earthquake", and cross-eyed Karen Black and Charlton Heston ("DAMN!") in "Airport 1975"

Is playing a cunt on the internet as satisfying as wanking into your mum's nightie? Because something tells me you'd know all about that.

Twat Muffin's picture

GrecoSuave -- you summed up what was great about cinema in the 70's. Another great director from the 70's was Bob Fosse, and I believe the 70's was Woody Allen's best decade as well. Also Sidney Lumet and Alan Pakula.

GrecoSuave's picture

Sorry to jump back on the 70's film thang, but it's worth talking about. I totally agree that "The Godfather" and "Godfather II" are classics unto themselves. There is something so unique, sublime, true gritty and awe-inspiring about 70's cinema that it's, for me, hard to articulate and pinpoint. The 70's followed the 60's uprising and civil rights riots, and the effects of that decade morphed into the great works of Kubrick and his fellow directors, writers, and actors. We shall, sadly, never see the likes of that wonderful decade in film ever again. It's a parade now long gone by. "Dog Day Afternoon" and "All The President's Men" are well worth watching again. And I have to as well throw in the 70's work of Woody Allen here, too, plus Spielberg, before he went commercial, camp, and fell in love with himself. "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" - the director's cut, is a cinematic marvel to behold.

An often forgotten gem from the 70's is the wondrous French new wave cinema, with the late and great Francois Truffaut leading the pack. If you've never seen them, then I highly recommend you watch two of his very best, "Jules and Jim" and the WONDERFUL "Day For Night".

Ah, to go back to the 70's again, if only for a day or so.

Ya wanna good cry? Then get the 70's sleeper classic, "Sounder" and I dare you not to be drawn in and reach for the box of tissues.

SANS FARDS -- wow, you share the same b-day as Al. I WOULD have done bad things to him when he didn't look so ridiculous. He's been sporting that poofy hair & orange tan lately, plus he dresses horribly. And I've always questioned his horrible taste in women. He's never dated a real babe. He had kids with Beverly D'Angelo. She has such a bad overbite she could eat a sandwich on the other side of the room!

I have a soft spot for Pacino/DeNiro/Nicholson. And even though movies have gotten worse these days, those actors will have the top-notch movies they made in the past FOREVER. They could coast into retirement now and no one could take away that they had been part of movie magic! ;P

Even as far back as "Dog Day Afternoon" you could see that he was going over the top. I think DeNiro needs to partner up with Scorcese again to gain some credibility back, that is if Marty will stop working with his young prince DiCRAPio. Pacino at this point is a lost cause.
===============================================
I'm with you again on this, I LOVED Dog Day Afternoon and if ever there was a role for him to go "over the top" I think this was a great one for it.
Pacino...again agreed, he definitely needs a solid film with Scorcese to remind us of just how good is was/is. The only thing I'll kinda disagree with you is I actually think DiCaprio is really good actor, I quite like most all his film and I really liked The Aviator which I don't think he got the credit on that he deserved IMO opinion anyway:)
