OctoMom Is On Welfare Now
If Elmo's sucio ass didn't pay for that bus time handy from OctoMom then he better FedEx her a cashiers check ASAP, because ho needs money now more than ever. I don't know how they did it, but TMZ somehow got a hold of (cut to OctoGranny with an oh-so-guilty "It wuzzint me!" look on her face) a picture of an EBT card with OctoMom's government name on it.
TMZ points out that Octo swore on her fame-making uterus in the past that she'd never open her hands to government assistance, but with 14 hungry eating holes to fill and her offers drying up faster than her relevancy, she had to raise the Help A Bitch Out flag. Octo makes less than $119,000 a year and has 15 mouths to feed, so she qualifies for a $2000 monthly food only allowance from the State of California. TMZ source's say that Octo is also trying to cut her monthly expenses by pulling all but one child (who is autistic) from private school.
A bitch can argue that Octo did this to herself, but those 10 thousand million chirruns didn't do this to themselves and they gotta eat. Damn. If crazy was a protein, they could nibble on the crazy their mom gives off, but it ain't. I'm assuming Octo has some kind of other income falling into her wallet, because I don't know how $2,000 can feed a family of 15 for a whole month. That's like one shopping trip to Whole Foods. Those kids are gonna have to go on the college diet (Top Ramen, popcorn and Boone's Farm).
Octo needs to enroll in reality show boot camp. Bitch needs to spend time with the Extreme Couponers to learn how to buy $1,000 worth of groceries for six pennies. Then she needs to spend time with the Duggars to learn how to make laundry soap out of baby saliva. And finally, she needs to spend a lot time with Ma from Ma's Roadhouse, but only because I want to see Ma smack Octo with some nicotine-stained truth.
And I officially HATE myself for playing this song in my head as soon as I read about Octo's welfare woes:

In the state of california (according to google) each child gets about 600 dollars in assistance. Her disabled kids would qualify for more. I'm assuming all 8 qualify as disabled. BUT at minimum 600x15=108,000$ from the taxpayer.
She's been on welfare all her life. Student loans which she'll never pay back (why the fuck she wasn't made to pay some of that shit when she had millions of dollars in the bank should be a mystery, but some how the state of california lets everyone slide.) After 20 years her student loans will be forgiven (thanks obama).
There are so many welfare bludging losers in the state of california now.
Octomom, the 3% of people sucking up 54% of health care costs in this country...are turning me into a republican. We're keeping a small minority of sick fat fucks on medical care for too long and letting too many fraudsters collect the rest. I think very few americans who deserve and need welfare and medicare because they are in between jobs are getting it. It's a corrupt fucking system.

I don't think anyone is hating on folks who truly NEED assistance, it's the people who serially ABUSE it that piss people off.
I'm glad you got help. I know I couldn't have survived if my mom hadn't got food stamps and medical coupons back in the day.
We have 3 kids in private school and I'm here to tell you it is heinously expensive. But you do what you have to do. I just don't see how she can afford private school unless it's $3 per kid per year.

The Duggars are one thing (well, aside from batshit). They at least have had their children pretty much one at a time so that they had a built in (slave) support system. Older kids helping with the younger, etc.

Ok, so you guys can hate me all you want, but for a few months just after I graduated college, I had just lost my job, future Mr. Spragger didn't yet have a job, but had just graduated college (with a degree in Engineering), and I got pregnant despite being on BC, I applied for food stamps and WIC. I was on it for 4 months, I think, until Mr. Spragger got a job. I'm really glad it was there though because I was actually let go from my job when they found out I was pregnant. My extended family are a bunch of assholes and didn't want to take me in, so my sister's idea of helping me was taking me to the welfare office.
It was an eye-opener, but at least I was able to get the meds I needed while pregnant and food. So, not everybody who takes public assistance is abusing the system. A lot of people were giving me the side eye because my future In-laws paid for my maternity clothes, so I looked like I had money, etc. You just never know what somebody's situation is.
I don't feel even a tiny bit sorry for this woman. She was on Oprah's show during its last season and they had Suze Orman work with her about money.
Suze spent a week going through every single dollar she took in and every dollar she took out from the time she found out she was pregnant for those kids. Suze said that she'd made enough money in appearance fees,donations, and endorsements during that time that she could have never worked again for the rest of her life but she blew every cent on nonsense.

I grew up with my single mom on and off welfare until she could get on her own two feet and she got a college education and started her own business. There were also women who totally took advantage of the Welfare system and NEVER planned to work (WHITE WOMEN).

People on welfare are not leeches. Maybe there are a few but they are the exception. We are a capitalist society which means at some point some group will have to be exploited for the whole system to function. So the poor are kept poor while the rich benefit. So it's up to the state to take care of the ones who are at the wrong end. I was a welfare kid once and trust me circumstances had everything to do with it. Octo, on the other hand, is a dumb woman who was manipulated by her doctors (who should be jailed btw) and is probably crazy with her baby addiction and now famewhoring.

Octomom has been on government dole for years. She took out several school loans and other loans, in the years during her IVF treatments to pay for them. She was also receiving welfare back then, while living with her parents. She has been doing this kind of thing for quite a while.
