Open Post: Hosted By The Only Beyonce Any Of Us Should Care About
In honor of National Puppy Day (I know, EVERY DAY should be National Puppy Day), I give you this story that might microwave your cold slug heart until it actually feels warm emotions. Beyonce the puppy started farting at the Grim Reaper even before she came into this world two weeks ago. Beyonce's first dance with death came when her mom, a stray, was almost euthanized. The second dance with death came when they almost aborted her and her brothers and sisters. (Look into the future: Tim Tebow and Beyonce co-starring in a pro-life PSA.) The third dance with death happened after Beyonce was born weighing in at only four ounces. The animal rescue center didn't call her Beyonce because she weighs as much as the feather light pillow the other Beyonce strapped to her belly during pregnancy. They named her Beyonce because she's a survivor.
They should've named her Jeff Probst instead, because he's the host of Survivor and just like this puppy, you really want to cuddle with him, take him for a walk and pick up his poop with a plastic bag glove. Naming her Beyonce was kind of a mistake. Not only will Beyonce's lawyers try to sue the dingles off of her for copyright infringement, but Mama Tina's lace front is looking at puppy Beyonce like she's its next meal. But since Beyonce has cheated death several times, Mama Tina's lace front is no match for her.

@ Guest - Depends on the state. Florida actually takes it a step further that it can be used to defend your person if you cannot retreat. Zimmerman could have absolutely retreated...especially when he had Trayvon at gunpoint begging him not to shoot.

Well it's crap BUT the police chief is claiming that they technically cannot arrest him under the Stand Their Ground law because he claimed self defense and there is no "evidence" that it wasn't. And obviously Trayvon is not here to tell his side of it.

I was reading a few days ago about a case in Germany (I think?) that is going to trial right now, where a woman who ended an affair with a married man got drenched in acid by her scorned lover. Poor woman looks so terrible.
Burning with fire or acid has to be the WORST thing you can do to another human being.

I'm annoyed that people keep bringing up this case to compare to the Trayvon case. The difference is those kids were arrested and will be punished for their crimes. There is more outrage in the Trayvon case because a cold blooded murderer is walking free.

While he's in jail (or late at night) you should take some fluorescent paint and spray the words "child toucher" or "predator" or something equally appropriate on the street/sidewalk in front of his house with arrows pointing at his house. Maybe he'll move.
I had a friend crash with me long ago, with her cat, which wasn't fixed. She promised she was going to get her cat fixed, but then, the cat went into heat. UGH. horrible. She escaped outside and came back. I made an appointment as soon as i could and paid for "the doings." When i went to pick up the cat, the vet totally lectured me about how she had to do an abortion on the cat. Never called me or anything. I was kind of mad. I was trying to do the right thing, for god's sake. and then she had to leave me with that. Obviously, this *still* bugs me.
