Open Post: Hosted By The Morphing Of Brit Brit's Face
For some strange reason, someone pulled a "Roseanne opening credits" on Brit Brit and made a video of her morphing from baby to crazy to now. It's sort of like watching a Cheetos melt under a McDonald's heat lamps, backwards. Watching it all crash into a pink wig of insanity after KFed and Wonky is creepy, borderline horrifying and I had to look over my shoulder a few times to make sure a green umbrella wasn't coming at me. What I'm saying is that whoever did this, should do this to Lindsay Lohan.... and Mickey Rourke... and Jocelyn Wildenstein... and Jodie Marsh... and you... and you.... and EVERYBODY ELSE. Well, everybody except me, because if you morphed my face from baby to now it would probably look a lot like a worm flaring his anus in slow motion.

Even if she wasn't pre-disposed to mental illness I could imagine the life she was living would make her mentally ill. Could you imagine living your life under mircoscope 24/7/365 from basically the age of 8 on? Never being able to make your own decisions, or do something stupid for fear it would ruin your career, can't even go have a drink with a friend without getting hounded or your picture taken,being a walking sexbot for the masses? UGH.
I mean I know it's hard to feel sorry for her with all they money she has....but I wonder if it is all truly worth it...not sure that it is. I think I feel more sorry for her because she wasn't an adult making a conscience decision to be famous. And she couldn't even quit when she lost her shit because the record label was ready to sue her ass off for not promoting the Blackout album. She atleast had to make them their money back.
THAT is why I feel sorry for her.

Wham, I don't think she is the type of person who can or should do things on her own terms. I think she needs handlers in business, in order not to be taken advantage of by the Lufti's and those Adnan types, I think she is someone with a real mental health issue that, when under control, is fine, but left on her own, will revert back to old habits. Her dad saved her life and fortune, and while he may have his own interests for doing that, it is better he handles her instead of some scam artist. Look at the choices she made before dad took over.... Drugs, Paris Hilton, KFed, Lufti, that Adnan creep, the child endangering, etc. She had the bad luck of having mental illness, and forever will have to be supervised, IMO, by either her immediate family or someone in the guise of a husband, as the Sam Merlotte light seems to be.
No matter what, I do believe she is a genuinely sweet person, who, like you said, was not equipped to handle the amount of money or attention she was getting, or the adult world she lived in since childhood. Tours, even for people sane, professionals like Dave Grohl, are draining, can you imagine being mentally ill, and having to endure the pressure of touring, recording, promoting>? I am tired just thinking of it.
Oy, I shall not watch. I am weirded out by mainipulation of heads, shape-shifting, big cartoon heads bobbling on top of teeny tiny bodies, babies and animals talking, inanimate objects talking....well, you get the picture.

Same with me, I've always kinda felt sad for Brit Brit. She just wasn't equipped to handle all the BS of being a superstar. I don't think she's strong enough to stand up to her dad or the record company. With the pull she has for making money she needs to put her foot down and do things on her own terms. It seems to me she just gets lead around and told what to do where to stand how to act. At least when she was batshit crazy she was her own batsht crazy girl.

Not sure what Britney's dad was like when she was growing up, but he really saved her life. She was about to sink and go under, and you can see even in this dramatized clip. There's momentary insanity — and then she's restored at the end. LiLo, Whitney and Amy W.'s parents couldn't do this.
There may not be a lot going on behind her eyes, but she's not running around like a loon like Lindsay, and she doesn't look like Methuselah.
