Gabriel Aubry And Halle Berry Are Bringing Out The Crazy Again
For a while there, it seemed like Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry both let their crazy go dormant and slid to their corners to cool their raging assholes by feeding it a Valium enema and a marijuana suppository. But you can't keep the crazy down for long. Halle Berry will show up in a court in L.A. today to ask a judge to take away all of Gabriel Aubry's visitation rights until Child Services finishes investigating him for putting their 3-year-old daughter Nahla in danger by allegedly shoving at the nanny.
TMZ reported last night that Nahla's nanny, Alliance Kamdem (ALLIANCE!!!), filed a police report after she claims Gabriel pushed her while his daughter was in her arms. Alliance says that earlier in the day, she went to pick up Nahla from school and was told that the kid didn't go. When Alliance went to Gabriel's condo, she picked up Nahla before asking Gabriel why Nahla didn't go to school. That question summoned Gabriel's crazy and he responded by screaming "You're the fucking nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don't need to fucking know anything!" at Alliance. These Hollywood dudes. If they're not fucking the nanny, they're screaming fuck words at the nanny. Gabriel then shoved Alliance into the door while Nahla was still in her arms.
Alliance apparently suffered an injury and when she was questioned by the police, she told them that Gabriel is a tall drink of asshole and regularly curses at her in front of Nahla, making the kid cry. When Gabriel isn't throwing racial slurs at Alliance, he's making her sit in a corner in his condo until he's ready to deal with her.
As well as Child Services looking at Gabriel, the LAPD also opened up a criminal battery and child endangerment investigation against him.
Yes, there are two sides to every story and both of these sides are absolutely fucking ass crazy. Do I believe that Gabriel rages at the nanny? ¡Sí! Do I believe that Halle Berry has got the nanny in her pocket and is using her to fuck with Gabriel? ¡Sí! Do I believe that Nahla is going to emancipate herself as soon as she knows what that is and will quickly enter the Berry Aubry Protection Program? ¡Sí! But more importantly, do I believe that Alliance Kamdem is the hottest name for a nanny I've ever heard? ¡Síiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!

The statement isn't dumb...and yes slave owners would take "care" of their mullato children. Those kids usually became the house slaves so they had the "privilege" of not working in the fields...do any of you folks know your American history?
And I would invite many of you naive folks to watch the movie...SKIN...it's about a girl who was born to a white couple (who supported the apartied system) with black features and her struggles with that. Her family loved her and called her white...but her father still believed in the superiority of the white race and didn't want to interact with blacks as equals. When she was kicked out of school because she was a "kaffa" he lobbied to have her classified as white.

The woman may well be crazy...or she may well have shitty taste in men. I'm just saying this rush to defend this guy...makes about as much sense as rushing to condemn her. We simply don't know...that is until some tape or video comes out.
Halle is a classic Borderline Personality Disorder case, IMO. She is always the victim, never takes responsibility for her own behavior or life situations etc. If you look at her life pattern it seems pretty clear. I think that Gabriel needs to speak to a psychiatrist and attorney familiar with this disorder and the destructive parental alienation that accompanies it. God help this guy, he looks dumb and BPD's are masters at lying and manipulating. I'm sure Halle is a pro at this, he'll be lucky if he stays out of jail and gets to see his kid.
So here's the thing. I only date white guys, only ever have, that's who I'm attracted to so whatever (blame it on the heavy metal). I'm definitely on the "what are you" side of black. So many men/boys I've dated have said "but you are not really black" so they could somehow be justified in dating/fucking me i guess. idk i don't really understand it. I've had more than one who said they loved me, call me the name of names (incl my most recent ex of 2 years, guess why we broke up). But even with all the super raging asshole evil ways of my ex husband, he never said that to me. But certainly never say that our children are black, there would be hell to pay if he heard you. They look totally white anyway, even though I don't. So it's all crazy, you never know what is happening in someone else's house. And sometimes you can't even begin to speculate on the crazy reality that may be their situation.
Couple of things:
He must not be the brightest bulb if he couldn't tell before they had their daughter that she's pretty much crazy. Her past behavior should have been a clue.
Who knows though, maybe she's just really really good at manipulation (especially with the lovers/husbands she has gone through/learned from)
There is absolutely nothing wrong with him wanting to spend time with his daughter instead of putting her in daycare. 3 is too young for mandatory school and perhaps he just wanted to enjoy the limited time he is granted.
Then again (flip side) maybe he's drugged out of his mind. I'm not buying that (and it's not because he's gorgeous) because in the few pictures you see of them together it's pretty clear he adores that little girl and vice versa.
To tminuswife- she may have been sweet and shy in HS. Who knows what Hollywood can do to a person? Sometimes when an introvert finds their voice..it's more of a growl. Sometimes it's even a nonstop roar.
I'm not jealous of her. Would I love to have her looks? Absolutely. Would I accept the mental instability as a tradeoff? Negative. No way no how.
I personally prefer the company I keep to be sane and would like to think I return the favor.

Well, if the Judge who heard the matter this morning decided he would not decide at all, but would leave the judge assigned to the custody case to make a decision on Monday (the judge handling the Halle\Gabriel child custody case is on vacation, we will be back on Monday), doesn't that mean that he had seen the bullshit, and is letting his colleague, who has been dealing with the bullshit for over a year, to handle this appropriately?
In his own words, the Judge did not grant an immediate emergency order for either side because he believed there are enough protections in place to keep Nahla safe until Monday's hearing.
This of course in addition to the nanny's request for a restraining order has been denied.

First of all, I knew Halle Berry growing up because I went to Beddford Heights High School in Ohio (before we moved to Shaker Heights, Ohio). Halle was a normal girl a little bit on the shy side. Amazing, yet true- Alliance was my son's nanny for a while. The only reason we don't use her much anymore is because my son is all grown up. She is a very nice girl, dependable, honest, and very professional. I vouch for Nanny Alliance!!

The role of a nanny is to be a child's paid care taker, not a mother. Gabriel didn't have to answer why he didn't send Nahla to school since the nanny has no authority over the child and the nanny is nobody to ask such questions. Halle is the one who should be talking to Gabriel because they are the parents. It says over at TMZ that she (the nanny) claims he treated her like shit regularly, so my question is, why not make this public before?. She works for Halle too and she must know about their fued. Halle strikes me as the type of crazy raging woman who bad-mouths Gabriel to anyone with ears. So don't tell me Halle didn't know about the way Gabriel supposedly treated the nanny BEFORE, so she could use this as the cherry on top of all her allegations against him. The nanny claimed she didn't tell the police because she feared Gabriel's retaliation but I say bullshit!. Halle's paycheck would still be there if Gabriel fired her, but my bet is, she was 100% under Halle's payroll. She working for both could be part of a deal to let Gabriel keep Nahla for a few days a week or whatever because he could hire his own nanny if he wanted.
To me, this story that he made her sit in a corner until he called her is a supplement to Halle's allegations of him being a racist, because it pretty much sounds like a tale of how the white lord treated his black maids back in the plantation times. I went looking for pictures of this Alliance woman and if she's the one in the pictures I found, she's black.
And let's not forget to ask ourselves in wich tone of voice did this woman asked him about Nahla's school absence. If she's the bossy kind, I would be quite pissed of too. Not surprisingly, her petition of a restraining order against Aubry was dismissed. This story reeks of "sour berry".

@Hekki - By past accounts, Halle did offer Gabriel a shit load of money but he refused. His family came forward when the shit first hit the fan with the racist and abuse comments came out. Gabriel insisted on having equal visitation rights, and Halle did everything possible to take her daughter out of the country, so he couldn't see her.
Guess she didn't expect Gabriel would still move to Africa to be with his daughter!
