Well, this is like the musical video version of that and it's made me grateful for people who turn the time on their hands into glorious shit like this. Thanks Mike. I'm just freaking out. Bad. I just received the workload for my classes and it is just ridiculous. I don't know if it's any different than taking 6 undergrad classes a semester, but it LOOKS that way.

guest - We'll prolly switch as we have no loyalty. We sit in a cell phone dead zone anyways so the phones are only really used when I'm on the road (which is often). At the house, we surf the web more than anything. VZW kinda screwed up my upgrade so I'm a little pissed at them anyways and I think it's time to go back to the dreaded AT&T; even though all cell carriers are the devil. :p
You gonna stay with VZW? I don't think I can afford an iPhone (x's 2) without signing a new contract. :(

Miz...100% agree. I wish BB was more media savvy. My son has the droid incredible & the resolution is fab but no battery life outside of staying plugged in all day. He fixed my tracball...had makeup in it. Lol. :o

Yeah, that damn trackball :)! I had to have one replaced on my old phone cause it was filthy and then I had to have them clean off another one. I think if you use one of those keyboard blower things it'll help.
I have a BB and an iPhone. For texting, you can't beat the BB, but the BB can't match the iPhone for video quality and speed.

Yeah, the slider keyboard on this samsung is killing me. I definitely miss my BB keyboard. The browser on this new phone is great, though.
I text with my nails and that does NOT do well on the iPhone! But I love videos and stuff on it. I'd have stayed with BB but given the issues RIM has had and the fact that all of the business mags have said they can't recover, I had to begin the transfer.

Whoops. So I posted a mini rant on yesterday's OP about Beyonce and due to a quickly dying battery while waiting at the doctor's office, I didn't have time to respond! @M.E. and guest - I miss my BB, too. So friggin intuitive and reliable. I just don't trust a touchscreen, yet ;p. I have VZW and wound up upgrading about. A mth ago to this Samsung Fascinate- a touchscreen/keyboard hybrid. It does a lot of things better than my old BB, but I'm still not in love with it yet :(. I wish BB would get on it and make some great, current phones that can compete with other smartphones!

Hey guest, if you're still here I was just phone shopping at VZW (present carrier) & AT&T. Mr. Spot and I both have Blackberries but are looking at iPhones because I don't think RIM is doing too well. Sucks cause we like the keyboard :-( and you can get a replacement NEW BB online starting at $70 (Curve 8530). Lemme know how the phone hunt is going!

On the radio this morning they said all it does is take away pain. If that's all it does, why the fuss? Why are people killing over it? Man, I thought it gets you high or something.
In pill form, it's time-release. As I understand it, to get the biggest rush, you crush it and snort it. That way you get the full effect all at once.
I'm adverse to snorting things, so I just took it orally as a pill. It upset my stomach a bit and was just toooo strong.
Actually the trendier thing now is Opana.

G'night guys. On my way to sit in traffic for about 2hrs. OMG, the other day on my way home, this school bus comes to a stop (abruptly) and I screech to a halt and this Mother Hen is screaming at the top of her lungs "Stop your fucking car YOU. SPIC. This convo has definitely given me the sads. Having family members on drugs (or being on them yourself)is no joke and like Jack said, it can tear a family apart. There are many stories that can fit into "The worse time was when" category but seeing my family member go from "having it all" to "not having a pot to piss in" is terrible but I haven't gotten over the pretenses and pretending that THE DRUG got him this way. That's right. Blame it all on that drug. SMH.

codeine is addictive and the "oxy" indicates the way the codeine molecule is modified to maximize its pain relieving properties.
oxycodone and hydrocodone are just members of the opiate family. other members include morphine and heroin.
all opiates relieve pain but are highly addictive...heroin being the worst, as at some point in time, your actual cells become dependent on the opiate as a building block. so the withdrawal is people's actual cells dying due to lack of the "building block".
oxys and hydros are "watered down" versions but still, opiates are nothing to buck with.

No shit. After my niece went to rehab, my mom went over to help my sister "clean" her room... they found all kinds of needles and shit stashed away. My mom pulled the dresser out from the wall and there was my mom's jewlery box that went missing last summer when my daughter stayed with them... my mom thought my daughters boyfriend stole it so my daughter really caught hell for it... come to find out, my niece broke in and stole it.... little shit.

Dog - it's like synthetic heroin. My beautiful 18yo niece is an addict. She has completely torn our family apart due to the stuff she has pulled while being on it AND the things she has done in order to get money to buy it. It's fucking sad.

Sorry to hear about that Jack. Same with my cousin. It's fucked up on so many levels. Last Thanksgiving people were sitting at the dinner table holding onto their fucking purses and jackets. No one would even put their jackets in a coat closet that's in plain sight because he might steal that shit. It's tough trying to get through to him (or even talk about getting help) because he is so deeply involved with it.

She checked herself in to rehab... stayed the entire program then checked herself in to a halfway house immediately after rehab. My sister and bil finally decided to take a long weekend and get away from everything last weekend (they have been through HELL for the last 18 months)... thought she was doing good, etc. The night they left they saw where my niece called her dealer (they have a way to check the incoming/outgoing numbers online), tried calling her and the lady at the halfway house said she had just checked herself out... only hours after they had boarded a plane to San Francisco for the weekend.... as soon as they landed, they turn around and flew back to try and find her...
Thing is - I told them they can drag her out of every crackhouse in town but until SHE wants to stop there is really nothing they can do... they listen to me as I was the only druggie in the family in the past... They know I got off drugs ON MY OWN without rehab or any of that bullshit... I know what the fuck I'm talking about. Anyhoo...
