Here's my advice. Take just a teaspoon of Dawn or Palmolive and pit it in something she drinks, like a bottle of juice. It won't kill her but it will give her the worst case of the brown splatter she ever had. It'll make Alli look like an anti-diarrheal!

Half and half or cream (hell, even milk) in tea is great, the English do it all the time. It gives the tea a fuller flavor to me, rounds it out. I can go either way though, I is flexible like that.
