QOTD: The Black Eyed Peas Are Retiring "My Humps"
Because "My Humps" just doesn't come close to the lyrical poetry in "I Gotta Feeling," The Black Eyed Peas are putting it to sleep temporarily and will no longer perform it live. Will.i.cant tells MTV News that you won't be seeing Fergie sing live about her lumps and shit anymore.

Off topic: I hate how my Blackberry/Crackberry won't load the dlisted site on it anymore. It loads other websites fast but refuses to even touch dlisted :/
Anyone else have this issue? So *sigh* now I have to wait until I get home late and exhausted to catch up on a whole day of MK awesomeness.
Same goes for iphone/ifucked. Not a happy puppy if I cant access MK 24/7.
Yep, my Blackberry wont render it anymore either :-/ I thought it was just my phone since it has been acting wonky anyway. Sucks!

Ahaha I was on my phone and didn't see the freeze of the video. What's up with Fergie's eyebrow piercing? I thought people stopped doing that shit in 1996.
At this point BEP is getting just a tad ridiculous. I really miss the old BEP back when they first came out in '99 when they still performed with Kim Hill. It just seems like they were so quick to drop what they were originally about to sell out and become manufactured 'artists' and therefore make more money. I still enjoy their music, but it's just not the same. For one, they are SO overplayed! These days whenever they put out a song, doesn't matter how hot it is, after a couple thousand plays on the radio I just never want to hear from them again.

BEP used to be a proper hip hop group back in like 93 or something. Than they got Fergie, made that terrible Justin Timberlake duet and sold out.
I've never heard that "I got a feeling" song all the way through but they play that shit all the time on British telly (and at least 4 Lily Allen songs). I want to shoot myself everytime I hear it. Ugh.

That sounds plausible, although how Fergie would know what an actual lady might feel at any given point is a mystery. Tower Bridge is the one she put in the video so I'm still stuck thinking that the dumb bitch just can't tell her bridges apart and doesn't know how innuendo works. After all, this is a woman so dumb as to think that Fergie is hot. And I have spent too much time obsessing over a song that I hate.
Woooooow. When she referred to her "band" a while ago in an interview, I assumed one with guitars and drums. Little did I know she was a poppy-star wannabe. This makes a lot more sense now.

I just think it's a fun song to listen to occasionally, which I have not in months. If I want to listen to "sucky-sucky" music, it wouldn't put me in the mood for sucky-sucky. Can't it be okay for some music to just be fun to listen to without trying to get deep? I enjoy other music that I do feel has thoughtful meaning to the lyrics but I despise it when people (not directly at you, I don't know you) purposely seek out music they don't even really like just so they can say they listen to something "good"...
