Hot Slut Of The Day!
When reading about the devastating earthquake in Christchurch, I came across this story from New Zealand’s North Island about 100-year-old Catherine Reddoch who after her husband passed away 20 years ago, makes a daily 3-mile trip to McDonald’s for a free cheeseburger. Catherine’s loyalty to Ronald McDonald’s worm meat (or whatever the hell they put in that deliciousness) has made her a local celebrity and she’s even been given her own special table (with a plaque over it) at McDonald’s. That thud you heard was J. Wellington Wimpy’s ass hitting the floor after reading the “free cheeseburger” part. Catherine just stomped all over Wimpy’s cheeseburger game right there.
Every day at around 11 in the morning, Catherine grabs her Zimmer walker and spends the next 2 hours walking 3 miles to her closest McDonald’s. Catherine is pretty much the beef patty queen there, so they open the door when she arrives and always have her order ready. Catherine spits at the salad and hisses at the pickles. Catherine only likes it plain, just meat and cheese. Catherine the Great (Burger Eater) never pulls out her coin purse to pay and when she isn’t able to make the pilgrimage to McDonald’s because of a rainy day or whatever, an employee brings a cheeseburger to her house.
Catherine thinks she’s devoured nearly 8,000 free cheeseburgers in the past 20 years.
And there’s your feel good-ish story of the day! Although, I’m not sure how good Catherine’s bowels feel from trying to figure out how the hell to digest a caterpillar burger and corn syrup cheese every day! That said, Catherine is still my inspiration. When I’m 100 years old, I hope McDonald’s is giving my ass a free cheeseburger every damn day. But I can do without the “walking 3 long ass miles part.” I mean, can’t Ronald’s cheap ass give Catherine a Segway?
