Olmec, the giant talking stone head from Nickelodeon’s 90’s game show Legends of the Hidden Temple

MTV’s Clutch Blog did a whole “Where Are They Now?” post for a bunch of Nickelodeon game show hosts, and #2 is Kirk Fogg, host of Legends of the Hidden Temple. This immediately got my ass thinking about the real star of LOTHT, OLMEC! Olmec was not only a stone head, but methinks that bitch was stoned all the time. I mean, blood shot eyes and always inhaling clouds of smoke…. Total stoner.

After the kids crossed the dangerous moat (aka a shallow pool), they would come up against Olmec who asked them a series of trivia questions. Once they got through the trivia questions and temple games, Olmec would tell them to get their ass to the final challenge: The Shrine of the Silver Monkey. That Silver Monkey is a Hot Slut runner-up, because it regularly murdered the nerves of kids. The Silver Monkey was a simple puzzle made up of only three giant pieces, but most kids could never figure it out! They must have inhaled too much of that good shit smoke like Olmec, because even a blind paraplegic could put it together in less than 30 seconds. I’m surprised Olmec never cursed those kids out for failing to complete the easiest puzzle in the world.

Anyways, sadly MTV didn’t update us where Olmec is now. Hopefully, he got a job as the talking stone head at the beginning of the Indiana Jones ride at Disneyland.
