In news that will shock no one, another woman has come forward to claim that PedoBear’s favorite movie director Roman Polanski did wrong things to her back in the 1980s when she was just 16 years old.
British actress Charlotte Lewis (no, no THAT Charlotte Lewis from Lost) and her attorney Gloria Allred, who is literally the only attorney in the entire world, held a press conference in Los Angeles today to call Roman’s lawyers big ugly liars for saying that the 1970s child raping incident was isolated.
Charlotte says that the wrongness went down at Roman’s apartment in Paris in 1982. From ABC News:
The incident allegedly happened in 1982, four years after Polanski fled the United States to because he feared a California judge was going to send him to prison on charges he raped a 13-year-old girl.
“Mr. Polanski sexually abused me in the worst possible way when I was just 16, four years after he fled the U.S. to avoid sentencing for his crime,” Charlotte Lewis, now 44, told reporters.
Four years later in 1986, Lewis starred in Polanski’s comedy “Pirates.”
Lewis did not provide any details of the alleged encounter, including whether she was given drugs or raped. She did say there were “similarities” to the 1977 case, in which Polanski gave 13-year-old Samantha Geimer champagne and Quaaludes before raping and sodomizing her.
“Mr. Polanski knew I was just 16 when he met me and forced himself on me … in his apartment in Paris,” she said.
Gloria Allred said that Charlotte has spoken to investigators and hopes that her speaking out helps the judge make an informed decision when sentencing Roman. Charlotte isn’t planning to press charges against Roman and she also never used the “rape” word when describing the attack.
Since Charlotte never said Roman raped her, that means Whoopi Goldberg is ironing one of her monk robes to wear on The View on Monday while thinking to herself, “But was it forced-forced?!”
