Alaina Reed Hall Has Passed Away At The Age Of 63

Some of you may know Alaina Reed Hall as Olivia from Sesame Street, a role she played for 12 years. But I came to know and love Alaina as Rose, Mary’s tag team partner against the gold digging Soooondra on 227. Sadly, Alaina went off to the great big brownstone in the sky on December 17th in Los Angeles. Alaina had been battling breast cancer for quite some time. She was 63.
After 227 wrapped up, Alaina went on to play roles in Cruel Intentions, Herman’s Head, Death Becomes Her, Cleghorne!, Ally McBeal and A Different World.
Alaina is survived by her husband Tamim Amini, as well as her two children from a previous marriage.
