Not Morgan Freeman!

FUCK! TMZ reports that 71-year-old Morgan Freeman was involved in a serious car accident in Mississippi late last night around 11:30. The one car accident happened near Ruleville, Miss.

Morgan was airlifted from the scene of the accident to a hospital in Memphis, TN. TMZ claims booze was not a factor in the accident.

What is going on with the cast of “The Dark Knight”? It’s like there’s a dark cloud around them. Hurry! Get Aaron Eckhart, Michael Caine and Gary Oldman into the safe house!

Ugh. I just need Morgan to tell me in his velvety voice that everything is going to be okay.

UPDATE: A spokesperson for Regional Medical Center in Memphis told TMZ that Morgan is in serious condition. There was an unidentified woman in the car with him. Her condition is not known. State troopers said Morgan was talking when they arrived at the scene last night. They also said his car went off the shoulder of the road and flipped over.

UPDATE II: Morgan broke his arm and shoulder, but he’s expected to make a “good” recovery. Thank God!
