Booby In The Lense?

This is a picture of Dick Cheney from the White House photo gallery of a fly-fishing trip he went on. Is that a naked lady in his sunglasses or is he just happy to see me? That looks like booby to me! The lady must have just gotten a Brazilian. If she had just a little bit of fur on her, Cheney would have “accidentally” shot her thinking she was a wild animal.
