Meagan is a college student from Canada who released the song “Rojo Caliente” in Panama and Canada last year. Hoovaloo.com and other websites claim Meagan received $1,000,000 on her 18th Birthday from daddy and blew the money to put together this video and song. Wikipedia claims that another rumor going around is that she won a contest sponsored by Delidas Hot Sauce. Whatever the case may be…this is a hot wreck!
