Lindsay Lohan lunched at the Ivy yesterday where she seemed to be camera shy. That’s a first. She kept covering her fresh face with her eagle claw. Um….maybe if you sat with your back to the cameras? Just a thought? I just want to steam clean this bitch and scrub her down with steel wool. It’s like all the years of smoking, partying and fake tanning have put layers and layers of skank on her. White Oprah seriously looks like her daughter now.
