Suing Lohan Is The New Black

Everyone sues Lohan. Linds was sued again by Tracie Rice who was in the car that was allegedly being chased by Lindsay back in July. Tracie’s stupid ass claims she lost a job and suffered emotional trauma. Tracie wants Linds to pay all her medical expenses including her therapist, doctor and chiropractor bill. She wants additional cash.

Tracie states that she thought they were being carjacked and that her life was in danger.

Please bitch. Take a couple of vicodin, have a glass of wine and chill the hell out. Tracie was probably going to lose her job anyway, because I’m sure she acted like a drama queen and called in sick every single day. Besides Linds is broke, so the joke’s on Trace.
