Lindsay Lohan left Madeo restaurant last night shamelessley flashing around a box of Ariva tobacco lozenges. Ariva's like Riiiicooolaaaa, but it's supposed to help you to stop smoking or something like that. Lohan must be hard up for cash and I hope they are paying her a lot to carry that shit around. Hopefully she's actually using the product, because she needs to quit smoking STAT.
Her face is paying the price. Oh and it looks like she was dining with yet another douche. Lindsay is like a dirty vagina. She's a douche magnet!
