How Is Keifer Bonvillain Still Alive?

Keifer Bonvillain was charged with extortion last year after he tried to sell audio tapes of Harpo executives bad-mouthing Oprah. Page Six reports that the asking price was around $1.5 million. The charge didn't stand up in court and were thrown out.
Keifer is now trying to set up a website called "Ruthless" where he plans to expose Oprah. He claims Harpo blatantly discriminates.
Here's his pitch:
"An office manager at Harpo broke his silence and his confidentiality agreement when he spoke freely about Oprah Winfrey's private life and business affairs. Keifer Bonvillain underestimated one of the world's most powerful women when he, armed with clandestinely recorded tapes, decided to write a 'tell-all' book unmasking the famed celebrity. Within days of Harpo learning about the book, two men were attempting to break into Keifer's home – presumably to get the tapes. Oprah was desperate to keep the truth from being revealed . . . The fallout was Keifer's highly publicized arrest."
Keifer Bonvallian! WTF?! Bitch has been watching way too many Bond movies. He should've used the name Keep Dreaming BonMoron. His days are numbered. Don't mess with The Big O! When she's through with him he'll be lucky to get a job mopping up frat barf in a community college dorm house.
In other O news! People reports that she made a secret trip to her South African girls school. Oprah was there to meet with the father of one the girls that complained about abuse at the school.
The father said, "The meeting went well. It took about two hours, and I appreciate that Oprah took time to listen. Oprah looked beautiful and was so easy to talk to. It went very smoothly. I am very happy and pleased that Oprah heard our side of the story. We have closure." He was also invited to the year-end party and was told his daughter would receive therapy.
Oh and I'm sure he forgot to mention the check Oprah gave his ass to say all of that!
