The HBIC of Malawi's child welfare services will travel to London next month to give their final assessment on Madonna's adoption of young David Banda. The HBIC will move into their mansion for 5-days.

He said, "I will meet the social services agency in their area. I want to watch what family life is like. I just want to make sure the child is happy and with a good family. I have met both Madonna and Guy Ritchie and they seem like nice people."

5-day stay? That's all just for show I'm sure. He's probably there to pick up the final check in person!
