At first glance I thought this was ScarJo, but it's Sienna Miller trying to be hot at some Valentino shindig in Italy this past weekend. Those eyebrows were drawn on with a furniture pen and you know it. That dress would be so much hotter on Joan Collins. She would've brought some drama.
