An Announcement About Making An Announcement

Simon Fuller, manager of the Spice Girls, made an announcement today that he will be making an announcement next week about the future of the girl group.
He said, "Following weeks of speculation, the Spice Girls are set to make an official announcement to the world regarding future plans on Thursday June 28.
"No further information can be given at this time but given the bands unique history, you can be sure to expect the unexpected! Details regarding the announcement will be released in the coming days."
Hmmm….unfortunately I doubt the announcement will be that the girls are going to go fight for their country in Iraq. I'm sure it has something to do with a reunion. Yeah, you think.
