Lohan’s Leaky Pipes Causes Problems with Ex

Lindsay Lohan lives right above ex-boyfriend, Harry Morton, in a West Hollywood apartment building. Last week Harry's pad flooded causing $150,000 worth of damage. It was reported last week that the leak was caused by a faulty pipe.
TMZ is reporting that Miss Lohan actually left the water running in her apartment. According to an incident report, Lindsay walked into her master bedroom and found the tub overflowing.
Harry wants Lindsay to pay up. A rep said that she was in NYC during the incident, but TMZ has video of Lindsay partying in L.A. that night.
With all her money you'd think she'd have one of those tubs that automatically turn off. I love that her rep got caught in a lie though. Homegirl is gonna have to cut back on the Red Bulls in order to pay his ass back.
