When Britney Spears shaved her head, I totally joked that she probably had lice. Well, that’s what a source close to her is saying. The source said, “She thought lice were eating her hair extensions, so decided to get rid of them as soon as possible.” Yeah, isn’t that pretty? Lice? Blech! I’m sure she got some kind of jungle super-lice when she was hanging around with Paris Hilton. SUCIO! Britney is currently getting treatment for some sort of problem at Promises in Malibu.
